Filed my taxes here last year. The tax preparer failed to asked important questions that could’ve help w my tax. I tried contacting him via email because i have questions but he hasn’t responded to any of my email. I even left a message on the hr block portal acc. No respond either

The individual doing taxes did not have a good understanding of the issues I needed to address and committed a number of errors which I needed to correct. In addition, the individual failed to ask a number of key questions hence I felt I could have done a better job of doing my taxes.
