Slowest dunkin drive thru ever.....20 minutes waiting when it was 4 cars deep.

My husband’s had issues with this particular dunkin in the past. This recent visit was the tip of the iceberg. He ordered a hot coffee with mocha in it (quantity 4) and there was barely any mocha in it. We’ve ordered breakfast sandwiches toasted before and they seem to come out lukewarm. Seems like they don’t make anything to the dunkin standard.

If I can give this place a ZERO I would. Today is 01/28/2024 - it is 5:51PM. I do not know WHO WORKED THE SHIFT TODAY but I would like to express the extreme disappointment experience tonight. It was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I am sitting in the drive thru - no one greeted me or told me “one minute please.” I am have a conversation with my children regarding their basketball game and we are talking about laughing and a women who responded “you can just go with that screaming.” I politely said “I’m sorry I wasn’t screaming at you, I was joking having a conversation with my children” and she TELLS ME, “you can leave and come back tomorrow.” I asked to speak with a manager and she told me there’s no one on duty, I can come tomorrow. I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me. I did not enter because again mind you, I have three children with me. I told her I’m writing a review, and she told me she did not care. Absolute terrible customer service ever.

No fresh and hot coffee at evening time. Every time I get a coffee before my night shift coffee is cold and tasteless. Seems like they keep warming old coffee instead making fresh one.

The drive thru is the slowest I’ve ever experienced at a Dunkin’. Takes more than 5 minutes to get a simple order. The lady who works drive thru needs to be switched out with someone who’s moves faster and not confused. Props to the Dunkin’ on Lake Street that gets you in and out within a few minutes!

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. horrible customer service.All the employees are rude.I do not recommend This place to anyone. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant with snack and bacon. My croissant was burnt my bacon was extremely greasy. They forgot certain items From my order.I contacted the store manager and I get where their employees get the horrible customer service skills absolutely horrible service if you can call it customer service.

Iced coffee is undrinkable, either too sweet or too bitter. Waste of money, won't be back.

Unfortunately, I had a less-than-ideal experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location. The service was notably slower than expected, especially for a single coffee order. To make matters worse, there was a discrepancy between the price shown on their sign and what I was charged, and instead of addressing the issue amicably, I felt a confrontational vibe from one of the staff members. It's disappointing, as I've generally had positive experiences with Dunkin' in the past. I hope they can improve their service in the future, but for now, I'd advise others to think twice before visiting this particular location.

Extremely slow. I had to order DoorDash a simple dozen donuts and a box of kcups. They even had the driver waiting a long time to deliver to me. Avoid them if you can! Never again

Ordered a bagel sandwich and coffee. The food was fine, but the service was terrible and rude. Without letting me finish saying what I was ordering, they kept asking anything else? Most places let the customer finish talking at the drive thru before asking if they want anything else. Paid for the meal by CC and asked for a receipt, and was looked at like I was out of my mind. The person that I asked didn't even know how to get the receipt and had to ask one of the younger employees to get the receipt. It's not the first time I've been treated like this at this location. Thought it might have just been a fluke and have tried a few times, but it really never gets better.
