Worst customer service ever. There is a red head in there that simply does not know what she was doing. I was trying to ask questions about the different plans and the differences between devices and she was more consumed with being on her phone. Not to mention when I walked in the store there was noone in there and after about 10 minutes she finally came in after her smoke. What a joke!

If I was rating their computer system I would give it one star but the customer service was great. I was upgrading my phone when we encountered a technical issue where they said the card didn't go through in their system but my bank said it did go through and it was a huge problem. Kristina was a warrior through this problem and remained calm and reassuring and continually doing her best to solve the problem. Finally we got it worked out but I was very happy with my experience with her and how empathetic and clear thinking she remained the whole time.

my daughter came in to your store 2 months ago and they asked her for a IDThen i came in 3/3203 to pay a bill and she asked for mine so i showed her my id and she snatched it from my hand and she started typing if information from my drivers license so i asked what she was doing ohh just putting in expiration date that was a lie she put in a lot of info off my licenseif she asks me again in April i will look else were for phone servicei have been a customer for 10 plus years
