Wow employee Sandy what a rude woman need some classes on how to be professional. Look at how rude and mad she looks!!! I drove by this location for many times that it would be more convenient to stop by and get a new debit card since I’ve been having issues accessing my money all weekend because of the new changes. Most customers are probably feeling frustrated because of the issues of the changes with the new banking system however the young lady that was previously helping me was doing a great job try to get in and out. Then this girl SANDY Approaches me tells me to sit back down while she gets my debit card and I said to her I’m OK I need to head out to work she didn’t stop sense to take over after 15 minutes of waiting for a debit card I put approach her at this desk and say excuse me I need to get going with a big attitude said “ I already told you it was gonna be a while”. How getto is that really ... You can dress someone professional but at the moment they open their mouth you see who they really are Sandy work on your inner self because you really have no idea how bad you look . I decided to walk out and I will never be visiting this branch ... it a great location but these girl really need a speech class or business training to know how to talk and actually professional!!!!

Worse’s customer service by Erica service manager very rude impolite and very hostile she don’t deserve to be a front service mgr first she needs to be assigned for some on line courses for people and customer service skills

Super weird unprofessional experience. I went in to deposit my paycheck and I asked the woman if my funds would be available same day because like most of us I live paycheck to paycheck and needed to pay my bills same day. She explained to me my funds would take a day to be available. That’s fine I understand. Then she asks me how much my bills are and if this paycheck will cover it???? She then proceeds to ask for my ID AND debit card. I’ve worked at a bank before and it’s never been protocol to ask for a debit card when depositing or cashing a check. She was also on her phone texting the entire time while speaking to me. Made me feel uncomfortable and as if she didn’t trust what I needed MY check for even though I’ve been a customer here for years. Unsettling and now I will be looking for a more professional bank. Came here at this branch to open a business account and I sat there for 3 hours with a banker. The banker told me something else and the legal fine print said something else. There was a promotion going on for $500 with carrying a certain account balance. At the end of opening the account the banker switched up on me saying a different number. Are bankers not suppose to be knowledgeable about this info? If this is how this bank will operate I will take my business elsewhere!

The manager for this bank is the worst.He is just talking with his team and not talking with his waiting customersAnother bank associate, Carolina, saw us, walked away from her desk and decided not to come to her desk until we left. I highly recommend the bank to do a thoroughly investigation of their employees working habits, and their manager.Manager does not care about customers, if possible would give 0 stars.

Met with the retail relations banker, to add my wife to our new account, ended up opening 2 more accounts for the kids, and start to get them accustomed with depositing their own money. VERY friendly and Family friendly!

The WORST banking experience I ever had w any bank and any branch. This branch is always under staff and all of the ppl are NOT part of customer services. Employees could not care less about customer. Front employee always have super long fake nail on.Banker want to go home on time so he refuse to help us and take us in, want us to come back next morning. Told me that I can solve my issue with online banking but nope. I have to come back AGAIN to the branch.

Horrible place tried to deposit money in to my account. Polish lady at the window refused said she wasn't doing the deposit and waved me good bye. She was very horrible told her I was going to another banck and she said ok. Everyone at this bank has an attitude I dont recommend it at all. They get their atritude when management is not around..
