“I went to batteries Plus with an unusual request. I had a Hallmark card from my wife who recently passed away, the card played a special Paris theme, which is no longer available. Rick was able to manipulate the wiring with a different card, so that my card plays. Once again. I am so grateful.”

“I believe this store deserve 5 star rating. I had my car’s low beam bulb failed. I also wanted to get the high beam bulbs checked so that I could get all replaced for my Prius if necessary. I called the store and the gentleman told he will take a look if I stop by. I drove to the store and parked my car in the lot infront of the store. In a minute that elder gentleman already there and he checked the bulbs. One of them got fused, but he can’t replace it as its deep inside so has to be by the mechanic. He was so helpful and courteous answered all my questions. I would love to go to this store for any future auto part needs and recommend this store to all without any reservations.”
