After years of dealing with my degrading tub, I had Bath Planet come out. I was not exactly excited about the prospect of finding the right people to do the job. Peter Roto came out and was quirky, informative, and overall pleasant man.Great experience so far.

Our Bathroom projects were completed with full satisfaction. Great After sales service. Their staff is cordial and responsive. Excellent company to work with. Sales person Alex Whipsaw is a nice person to work with. Prices are reasonable.

I just had my bathroom done in July 23 and I am already having issues with the caulking and my tub draining. Both are issues that made me decide to do a new bathroom in the first place. I call the customer Service center and they transferred me 3 times just to try and tell me that a service manager will call me back in 24-72 hours. Meanwhile I have water in my tub and a professional saying he can't get the drain plug removed to get enough suction down the drain to fix the problem. He said if it breaks it will void my warranty with bath planet so I should call them. I call and get that response. Not happy at all. This is the third time I have called customer service since my initial install and everything is a run around and the tub and shower cost $14,000.00 so it is not affordable at all.

Allison was amazing she was very much on point with her work and determined to get the contract done. I was very pleased with her energy and her knowledge in the work environment,I would definitely have her come back in our next bathroom project.

Peter Roto came to our house and was very knowledgeable, friendly, and surprisingly funny. Not only was the process of getting a new tub smooth and stress free… it was actually quite fun!Thanks for the great experience,we’re looking forward to seeing it all completed!

Sharing my REAL experience with this company. First, if you take a closer look at all the 5 star reviews, you will notice they mostly come from people who only wrote that one review and nothing else, that should have been my first clue to stay away!!The company prices are very high, but the salesman has assured me it's because of their wonderful lifetime warranty and first time, naive homeowner me, actually believed it. I had a very basic yet very expensive bathtub installed, and right away, they were pressing me to write a review. I refused and said I would do it after I was satisfied with the product.Maybe a year or so after the installation, a mold started showing all over. The company provides you with a list of cleaning products you can use in order not to void this lifetime warranty. Unfortunately the products didn't work very well. I decided to contact the company and ask for help, and they said it would be $225 charge to change the molding caulking. What happened to the warranty? Oh yeah, not covered! So they make you use products that are completely usless just so you keep coming and paying extra to have the molded material removed and replaced. If I knew that's how they operate, I would have used products that would actually kill the mold.It's also one of those companies that when they give you a quote they will tell you their amazing offer is only valid today and if you choose to wait (and get other estimates) the price will be thousands more. Don't listen to that, do yourself a favor, and get those other estimates.

Alison came by to talk through my very difficult bathroom and walked me through the Bath Planet process. She was very attentive and diligent while paying special attention to my family’s needs and how the bathroom would be used. Based on her thoroughness and attention to detail, I’m pretty confident about my upcoming project with them.I will update once completed.
