I have tried to call the bank for days no answer ,tried to make an appointment ,no appointments on Saturday , You walk in no help without an appointment .No answer on Facebook from them have 4 account with them that will be at Chase next week .This bank totally sucks no customer service at all

State of Illinois gives paper ID when they first issue it. The bank won't allow that so they wouldn't give me my own money. The teller was extremely rude and when I had to go see the manager he was horrible.

Racist lady in the blonde hair works at the windows , came in to have a notary sign my documents and immediately said no didn’t listen to what I had to say , very nasty attitude

Made an appointment online for 9am got there on time and saw a few people outside and i checked the door and it was locked so we all started talking. The door was opened at 910 and the lady in the lobby asked the guy in front of me if he had an appointment and he said no, and she went and got a banker right away to help him then she asked me, and I said I have an appointment for 9am and she said ok please take a seat so i did and was sitting there for another ten minutes and then i was finally helped and it only was five minutes in the lady's office and i was done. What is the point of a appointment if there not open when you're supposed to be there and if you have to wait because the guy in front of you didnt make a appointment

I understand the poor ratings. Had a 12:30PM appointment, some bankers were being attentive but others were flat out ignoring us. Waited 30 minutes before we decided to leave. It’s understandable to wait for a walk-in, but there’s no excuse to wait half an hour for a scheduled appointment.
