On the whole, I dislike Auto Zone. They never have the least expensive option in stock, but there is always a part available at 4 times the normal price. This is nothing but a marketing ploy that attempts to get more money from you than is required. Had to run to two other stores to get the part needed. A complete waste of my valuable time.

The manager who's was rude didn't want to help, I think race might be the factor. The worker are lazy AF. my girlfriend stop to have the headlights on her car look at and they didn't want to help her. LAZY!!!! would not recommend this location...

Cassie was incredibly professional, and courteous in helping me purchase a new battery and swapping it out for the old one. Everything was finished quickly done well.

One of the best service provided by Bryan. Brayan change my Battry at -20C. Temperature out side of the store really appreciated his dedication to work.Also Schaumburg store autozone guys say that they are not able to do it. So I call this store and they are so Generous and they fix it.

Amazing service! Went in and was greeted by Blake, who was patient, respectful, helpful, polite and understanding. Made my run to auto zone more pleasant and less stressful! Would recommend this location and his assistance to anyone!

Very helpful ? all the employees are polite and helpful.I came in with my own battery and wasn't sure if they would help put it in because I didn't buy the battery from them...they assisted me with no questions asked Again great store and helpful employees.Young man by the name of Jon Carlo helped me,handsome♥️,smart,very skilled in automotive, helpful,nice.A great employee ?I definitely will be returning to this auto zone location ?
