“I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Greentech, especially with their mechanic, Mike. I initially thought I needed a costly hybrid battery replacement, but Mike’s honesty and expertise saved me thousands of dollars. Instead of rushing to replace the battery, he thoroughly examined my car, ran tests, and discovered that the issue wasn’t battery-related at all.
Mike found that oil had gotten into the air intake, preventing the car from functioning properly. He showed me the air filter, where there was quite a bit of oil, and explained how this was causing the problem. He didn’t just tell me; he took the time to show me the issue and walk me through it with complete transparency. Mike then went above and beyond by cleaning up the oil, reconnecting the battery, resetting the errors, and taking the car for a test drive to make sure everything was running smoothly.
This level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism is rare to find in the auto repair world. Greentech and Mike didn’t just treat me as a customer; they treated me with respect and care. “These guys are awesome!! I brought my car in as a first time customer a few weeks ago. Great experience. They found the problem, had it done sooner than expected, and No issues at all. Then 2 weeks later the car started having the same issues. I brought it back expecting to get a hard time about it, they totally went out of their way to inspect everything, turned out that they did everything right the first time but the part they replaced was defective. But the had a warranty on the parts so they replaced it again. It’s not the mechanic’s fault they got a defective part, that can happen, and does, to everyone. But they spent a lot of time to make sure there was nothing else causing the problem and in the end my car was repaired and they didn’t even charge me for the time. Most places , even with a part that is warranted, will still charge you for labor or diagnostic work, not here, I paid nothing !! I would strongly recommend Burds auto repair to anyone. They have great prices and quality work that they 100% back up, hard to find these days !!!”

Took it to a large auto shop in town I had dealt with before and they came back with an insane quote that was THOUSANDS more than the car is even worth.
