I know you can buy cheap tv's at Walmart, but this place has most major high end brands like: visio, Samsung, LG, and Sony. They also have clearance areas with even higher % off of the already low prices!! I have told many of my friends and each time they told me thanks they had alot of good things!!!”

“I’ve been here several times for various home improvement items, garden tools or plants, and even cleaning products (better prices than Amazon!) and this last time I was really impressed by how helpful Scott was in lumber. He helped me find exactly what I needed, even found an alternative option for a 2 x 2 I needed in cedar, and made the cuts for me perfectly. “Great store, staff is outstanding especially the folks who take online orders for delivery. It would be great if you simplified the voice mail greeting for the store, its obnoxious to wait through such a long greeting, every time I call the store it's a process. Again, the store is great!”
“The Manager rectified the situation, and advised that no money is ever needed up front. She was able to refund the money when the floor services were not utilized. My floor needed prep work, that they did not offer. I would use them for another project in the future.”

“I was having a hard time finding something on the home depot website. One of the Home Depot employees, his name is Ali, (it sounded like that anyways) was so helpful, went above and beyond. He and Charles were wonderful. Both of them, but Ali, who has been there 8 years is a wonderful employee. He works also repairing equipment but we were in rentals that day. If he worked for me, I would pay him as much as I possibly could. Thanku Ali!”
“The Home Depot in Bloomingdale is far better than the Home Depot in Carol Stream.
Staff is friendly and helpful. The management appears to truly care about their team. I've personally witnessed two moral building activities by management at this location. Happy employees leads to positive customer experience.
The store is always clean and I can find people to help me when I have a question.
When I use the curbside pick up the employees always great me warmly, some even engage in friendly conversation. I have called management on two occasions to express how positive my experience their store has been. Once the manager said he was going to buy lunch for the employee I spoke of.
Other Home Depot locations are closer to me, but I go to Bloomingdale Home Depot for the customer service.”

“Reserved and rented a tiller to make a new garden plot. We always rent from here and haven't run into any issues. Employees are super friendly and helpful! I was talking with one guy about making a new garden bed and he suggested I use mushroom compost. We did and had a great harvest!
Only suggestion is that the website tells customers when equipment reservations begin during peak seasons and when walk in rental end so that people can plan ahead.”

“Nothing out of the ordinary at this Home Depot. Once you've been to one, you've been to them all. The associates here are helpful and one even proactively asked us if we needed help. BATHROOM REVIEW: Located past the home appliance area, the bathrooms were surprisingly clean. Plenty of sinks, stalls, and urinals. Sit or squat? Squat... there's still a pandemic after all.”

“We are planning to clean and plant our backyard garden. It have a lot of dress and some tall grass that need to trim. We have no tools or equipment to used , so me and my dad went to this store. They have lot of tools and equipment for gardening so I think we bought all of we need. I grab one cart before we went to the area of gardening tools. There are lot of people in some section so its hard to push the cart. When I looked at my dad I can see that he knows what he purchased. It seems that we need those. After we bought tools we wen to the pot area. There are lot of pot to choose. Some of them are colorful and some are simple. Since my dad knows that mom like the plain color he grabbed the white pot. After he put it in the cart we went to the counter. I can say that this store was good.”
