Customer service is easy to talk to. The website is absolute junk for submitting a claim, not at all functional. Allstate needs to debug their site.

I've been a customer of this Allstate agency for over 21 years, which is a long time before the current management took over a couple of years ago. I always used to receive very prompt, thorough responses from the previous management team and office staff whenever there was a question or an issue. However, that has not been my experience with the current management. I've dealt with the new team a few times now, and I've always been the one that has had to follow-up to see if they had the information I needed. I even tried to contact the owners directly a couple of times, but I was redirected to someone else. I've been very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Consequently, I plan to switch to another Allstate agency as soon as I get the time to address this ongoing issue.

I used the drive wise and had some troubles, I try logging on Allstate same thing some times telling me to try at a later time or something like that, besides that it’s okay.

On TV there is a commercial about All-State Insurance. The staff says to customers hello may I help you. The staff will help customers by helping them with insurance questions.
