9/23/24 I brought my vehicle to this shop, but unfortunately, it was not serviced. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them, I received numerous excuses and no resolution. The warranty handler Victoria or whatever her name was she was consistently unavailable, and it took two weeks as of 10/7/24 for my car to be touched, during which that time it collected dust at the shop. I eventually had to tow my vehicle elsewhere. I find it unacceptable that the owner and two ladies were present at the shop when I arrived to inquire about my car's status, but no one had contacted me during the two-week period. I would have appreciated an honest response regarding their ability to fix my vehicle. Seems like all Mexican mechanic shops are like this and I've been living in Melrose Park for 8yrs. If you didn't want to fix my vehicle just say that. Thanks for lying and wasting my two weeks when my car could've been in the process of being fixed somewhere else. These "high" reviews I'm sure they beg their customers to give them high ratings for their low-key shitty service

Pre-Pandemic you couldn't tell me anything bad about this place! A friend of my father referred me to them and I've been going ever since, they would make the experience quick, easy, comfortable and light on the wallet. However, in these times today I struggle to find the good to say about them, I still love them for the earlier experiences, I can't pinpoint the change but it drastically changed for the worst. I've had parts changed without my consent or knowledge, I've paid for new parts that don't work. And now my vehicle is riding very rough and I check to see a vacuum hose not connected to anything. I understand mistakes happen and people forget things, but I pray for the day they turn the ship back around and become that friendly neighborhood mechanic shop again. And reading their combative responses is disappointing as I know how they are always willing to work with the customer's circumstances. Still a good shop just needs a tune up to get back to the standards they once had.

I have dealt with this shop for a few years and had work done on multiple vehicles, they haven't let me down yet, from the work on the vehicle all the way to customer service, most of all they work with you with more than reasonable pricing unlike other shops who overcharge, definitely a great team all the way around and I highly recommend them!!!!

Pedroza are hands down the best of the best and my personal favorites mechanics. Vicky is the most amazing person ever. very kind and patient and above all else she knows here cats…everytime I call and need a mechanic. she always have a spot for me and the mechanics there get the job done fast and with ease thanks Vicky and Jean

These are guys do great work and are very honest! Also Vicky at the Front desk is one of the most Helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly! Definitely give these guys a try!

Came in 1 day, given price to fix car, came in next day, given different price same repairs. They took car immediately which was ok, then started working on car, replaced shock, mechanic was telling me he needed to find larger bolt because old bolt was too small. Fixed new radiator instead of fixing radiator and parts that come attached to it, they did not. Only radiator. Then temporarily fixed cooling fan. Signed paperwork and drove off. 5 minutes after driving, returned to shop the tire issue still same issue as when car was brought back in. As a professional and great company the shop should’ve took client on a test drive to make sure all was in working condition prior to releasing vehicle, this wasn’t the case. The bolts from top of engine covering are also missing they never put them back on. 1 day price was over 1k, next day under $900, but on financing application pricing & the actual work isn’t all listed. When shops do shocks they do alignment as well you can’t release a vehicle to a customer in non working condition, in this case this is what happened. If car is repaired like it should be then we won’t have any issues. No diagnostic tests where done either.

Absolutely outstanding service. I had a brake caliper and brake hose issue and showed up without an appointment. They stayed open after hours to get my car fixed. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop for their exceptional service and customer care. They truly went the extra mile to help me out.

These guys and the young lady in the office are the best. Trust me they are not there to rip you off! They fixed the air on my sons escape and were more that reasonably priced. Thank you all so much actually I'm bring you my 2000 caddy this week because window fell.

Supposedly they changed a piece for me. After a long time, I realized that the skin had gotten bad. Now that I changed it, the check was removed.

I had excellent customer service with Vicky at Pedroza's Mechanic Shop today! I needed a part for my car and called yesterday and she went way beyond her job duties and ordered my part to have it delivered today. Pedroza and his workers have excellent customer service and repaired my car in excellent timing! I have been coming here for years and will continue to recommend them! Thank you Vicky for your great customer service and perfessionalism!

I needed a driver door handle install for one I broke on my Toyota corolla. I went here on recommendation of my good friend. They installed in for a reasonable price. really liked the customer service and everything was done in timely manner. Will be returning here for any future car repair needs.
