They cover up as much as possible to get you out the door quickly. Lies come pouring out of their mouth. I never got my 2nd key, never received work history that proves the car was not taken care of. They threw a 16” tire on one wheel when they are supposed to be 17” messing up the engine. Over-price cars you are better off going to a legit Toyota or Honda Dealer.

Unreal I been calling for weeks and keep leaving messages no replies no call backs but paid our car in full nd they took a car from us never paid it off and we are still getting charged by them and now that I keep asking for my money back they are sending me to vm no one should come here bad business terrible terrible and I’ll be coming up there with our lawyer

Horrible, do not buy a car from this place, I was scammed, and they faked a carfax report saying the car was free of accidents. Total lies! They are crooks. They should not be in business.

I recommend you don't go here!!! They are crooks they seem very nice until they have you and sell you a car that's not drive able and won't fix it. You will be better off somewhere else never met so many bad business men in my life. The owner is a very rude person as well he yell at his costumers if they have a problem with his business and try's to blame you for the car problems when it's them that sold you a bad car. Some of the worst people in America.

Good place fun workers but the manager like to whipp crackle they employees you can see it all on there faces very disappointed you can tell after you buy a car and they don't need you no more it's going to be horrible customer service immediately just by the way they treat there employees.

Bought a2013 Hyundai, broke within a couple months from transmission, I had to go back and get another car, I lost the money of the 2 payments I had paid ahead, got a 2016 Malibu, this car was never reliable, I had to take it to his shop like 9 times, I had the car for about 3 weeks out of the 4 months I owned it, supposedly the engine was bad then the transmission, we never knew what they were doing. They finally got me a better car, but they never did the pay off from the second car, the owner (MIKE) kept telling me he was going to the bank at the next day to fix that, but he never did, now my credit is down to like 500 when it used to be around 740. I asked for a minivan since my credit was already screwed up, he said he had one for 9500 dlls it just needed to be fix from scratches on the paint I kept calling to see the status and he said after 6 weeks that the van had a bent frame and he returned it, but the van was already on his lot for 16000 dlls and he wanted to sell it to me after lying and raising the price.

Poor customer service, they bounce you around from person to person. They say you spoke with Sam or Mike or Jose or whoever. They never give you a call back after they say they will call you back in 30 mins. If you call back they give an attitude and rude.One week after I purchased my vehicle I got an engine light. I drove the vehicle 3 hours back to them and gave me the run around for about 3 weeks to get the vehicle fixed. After the 3 weeks the vehicle had the same problem, engine light on with a code of the catalytic converter which they stated they fix. They got a battery from the junk yard and zero quality work. I would not recommend this dealership. Now I am dealing with an attorney to have my car fixed which is more money and time wasted.

By far my worst experience with this car purchase I made with Mannheim luxury motors. I purchased vehicle half way home engine light comes on I give them a call letting them know the issue.was told to give it time engine light would come off to drive for a week . I did exactly what was advised from them .i on my behalf went to auto zone for them to check what code it was for was told it was the catylic converter so I took the paper work with me to Mannheim luxury motors .i was told they would fix the issue arrived at 11 am waited till almost 4 pm finally they claimed to have fixed the issue drove down the road and engine light comes back I called and went back immediately they took it back to double check it they test drove it themselves they got stranded. They had to tow the car out to a nearby shop which was called G Beltran. Loaned me a car to go back home about a week later I was told that the vehicle was ready We met half way to exchange cars. On my way back home got stranded by Gary In on the highway. Called them immediately that the hybrid battery was low they hired a Lyft to take me and my friend and kids back home I was car less for about 2 weeks . I called about every 2 days to see update on car giving me the run around gave me a date to pick up and kept changing dates for me to pick up car.drove to Mannheim luxury motors to pick up car upon arrival I asked for invoices from Hyundai dealer that they claimed that they had it checked there I also asked for Receipts did not provide me with the right receipts looked into it and they made there on receipts stating different prices tome it was a brand new battery that costed 3000 which was a lie it was a recycled battery that was worth $345 and if turned in old one they would get $200 dollars back . Before I knew this information I picked up car on my way home engine light comes back on of course took it to auto-zone for them to run codes same issue catylic converter I give them a call explaining to them what happened told me AGAIN engine light would go away by itself I don’t feel comfortable driving the car wanted to take back to have it properly fixed . Spoke with Jose and gave me attitude poor service no help . Bottom line they sold me a lemon still under there warranty it’s been issue after issue and seems to me like there making the repairs with bubble gum.very Unprofessional not a trusted place .
