This place is like a hidden gem, they gave me a very good price compared to every shop around. I had my valve cover gaskets that were leaking oil replaced along with a refresh of all 6 spark plugs on my 2012 Audi A6 and it was done in a very timely manner. Replacing the valve cover gaskets is a messy oily job, my engine bay is oil free and clean which shows they went the extra step to make sure everything was nice and clean before they returned my vehicle back to me. Andrei also sent update pictures of the spark plugs + inside the valve covers along the way so I could see the wear. They also got me in the day after I called which was nice since I really needed this done ASAP. Overall I'd say skip all the sketchy indie shops and bring your car to the real professionals over here.

И по итогу, в моем случае я возвращался 2 раза на следующий день и через день, четко показывая что проблема не решена. Мне мало того что не предложили какого либо адекватного решения или мирного соглашения, так еще обматерили и угрожали полицией ? Ребята-мастера там в принципе адекватные, но их менеджер, Женя - откровенный Pi до R, балабол и скорей всего типипичный представитель семейства ШСН. Общается в совковом, бюрократическом стиле какой нибудь помойной гос. конторы, ровно после того момента как ты все оплатишь. Короче не советую)

Online only purchase, bought from out of state. Communication was excellent, until I purchased the car. Following transfer of funds, the car arrived without any notice (despite me reaching out several times to confirm delivery). I received a text from a strange number stating they had my car and would arrive shortly. Car arrived in good shape, although missing a plastic piece of the mirror (after I reached out, the dealership offered to reimburse me for this part). I took the car in for a look through since I wasn't local. A few servicing items were needed after only driving the vehicle 400 miles. Auto Park refused to reimburse me for the items, stating that the dealership "was trying to make money off of me". In retrospect, they told me I should have reviewed the Carfax for servicing details. Love the car, disappointed with the service. Given communication challenges, I would hesitate to recommend purchasing from this dealership out of state.

I have been going to Auto Park for years whenever I had any sort of car issues. The mechanics are very knowledgeable, their staff is friendly, and their rates are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.
