“Excellent customer service! Especially when I needed it the most.Daisy is a hardworking point of contact. When I was trying to buy a new car she helped me prepare in getting insured. Her knowledge and true value in her customer’s needs and wants was really what cemented me in choosing State Farm. She would go above and beyond; worked around my busy schedule to answer my many questions and concerns. Very satisfied with the way she was attentive and respectful. It’s so hard nowadays to find people like this with strong work ethics. (Should have left a review back in July)The true moment where she continued to lend a helping hand was November - January. I had to get my windshield replaced. She helped me find the right channels to file a claim set an appointment and get it fixed. Wish this was the end of it and although the windshield was replaced. The shop broke a bracket within the molding plastic piece of the windshield frame. The auto glass now shop was a nightmare. Giving me the go around. Daisy did not leave me fend for myself. When I say she went above and beyond. She did just exactly that! She was on three way calls, called the shop on multiple occasions, talked with shop’s upper management, she was constantly communicating with Luis. The shop after multiple attempts to get car issue resolved, last straw was yesterday for me. I had called to set an appt @ 4:30pm and I was at the shop at 4:28. The shop was closed. I documented everything and took pictures. Both Daisy and Luis escalated the issue to shop’s upper management. Today January 9th, a technician was sent to go to where I was located to get it fixed. It finally got fixed. I am happy. More than anything though, the fact that I never felt abandoned. I had a good support system. I feel very grateful. I don’t think I’ll be able to thank them enough. I have trust that in the bigger situations that might present themselves they will be there 100% every step of the way. I recommend, if anyone is looking for car and life insurance to sign up through Daisy and Luis. I am confident that you will feel like I felt…like I was really protected.”
