Horrible experience!!! i called and made a appointment last week and confirmed the price and then when I got there the price was changed adding another 250. The receptionist got the Dr. and i asked him why there was a upcharge and he said I will change my price when I feel like it. I told him that is very deceptive and i will never come back there. He said fine and I left. Don't go here you will be conned. Zero Stars to this place

Shysters here. Worst service ever.Evaluation was incorrect. Extremely over priced. 8.00 a can for cat food.2.25 in stores. Not compassionate care givers. Don't recommend

HORRIBLE phone/customer service.The “receptionist” is ignorant and no help at all. Wish I can give 0 stars. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone else for more than 30minutes. Couldn’t even get ahold of the vet.By far the WORST veterinarian location.

In the beginning when I started coming here. I thought the vet knew his stuff. But over the years he got money hungry. I had surgery for my cat's ear and was charged twice the price of the same procedure somewhere else. The last straw was when I was buying cat food for my cat. At first I didn't need the cat food but I observed the price. When I decided I would buy the cat food he raised the price on me. He was ripping me off. Also I heard from a receptionist that he was going to put to sleep some kittens. She begged him not to. And he gave her a week to find homes for them. Tells you how much he likes cats. I would definitely go to a different vet because of all this.

You will pay double then what they tell you paid 1k for a teeth cleaning and extractions ridiculous. The receptionist also gives an attitude.

Horrible and heartbreaking experience! The doctor is incapable of diagnosing cats. But the second we took our cat to the ER vet they knew she was critically ill..The doctor was even nervous of even getting close to our cat, of course an animal in pain is going to hiss..I highly do not recommend this place even if it’s half the price of a better vet.. because we still had to end up going to the ER because our cat was misdiagnosed.. don’t be cheap with your pets. You’ll miss them even more when they’re gone?

I took my cats it was $69 for a check up which is not bad but everything was very expensive. I was gonna go through w the $340 treatment for fleas and ear mites but when I asked if they can put on medication on her right now they were charging me extra $36. I have other pets and I go to another vet they always atleast start the medication for me to show me how to put it and how to keep it going safely. That Indian dude gives me a weird vibe to I know the girls just doing they’re job. Wouldn’t recommend this place tbh. BTW my cats are great now i handled it myself and only paid $89 ?

Huge ripoff they!!!! They wanted to charge me $600 for a X-ray and told me my dog had a torn ACL before even doing the X-ray and that the cost for surgery is $3000. I took my dog elsewhere n got a second and a third opinion n X-rays done at both places and they said his ACL wasn't even torn he just has a sprain! They were gonna get me out of $3600 bucks a darn shame! Oh yeah I forgot to add that if ur a new visitor it's $70 and returning is $60 she clearly knew my baby n I had been there before and STILL charged me $70. They are just money hungry and wanted to cut on my baby for no reason. This is sad

These guys are thieves!! They charged me to see the vet and they prescribe him medicine. Charged me the fee and the medicine which I gladly paid. No more than a few days after visit they called to follow up and I told them eye is not getting better. They told me to bring back in and I agreed. Once I come in they tell me they have to charge me the consultation fee again. What was the point of the first fee I paid and the medicine! Why would you charge again if you misdiagnosed? Then as I walk out I take pic of policy and license. Then lady at front tells me if I would like a copy of policies/license. I said okay and she since I am taking pics. I am taking pic of license to file complaint and I said I’ll take copy of license since she offered. She stayed quiet cause she misspoke and the other lady dismissed it by saying have a nice day. Completely unprofessional and predatory since owners will do anything for their pets!! Go to another vet… I will be filing complaint with board and wherever I can.

Amazing! Doctor and staff. I admire the doctor’s honesty and knowledge. Treated us and my cat with such kindness. I truly appreciate Him ♥️

THE WORSE PLACE EVER! Got my 4 month kitten his shots here they gave him 2 and now he’s hyperventilating, not eating, throwing up, sleeping all day. Went in and told them what’s going on they didn’t care whatsoever they wanted to charge me $1,000 to run some test to see what’s wrong when clearly he’s having a bad/allergic reaction to the shots they gave him! NEVER AGAIN will I go here! Don’t recommend, 0 stars!

Do not take your pet here, go to Petco. Way cheaper and they don’t overmedicate them.
