“This is by far one of the greatest gas stations I have ever been to. VERY clean, HUGE Selection, CHEAP gas, and a subway inside of the gas station. If you’re ever in the unfortunate situation of having to poop on your road trip, they have walled in modern stalls that are SPOTLESS. The souvenirs that they have to offer are cool and some might give you a chuckle or two. Not to mention they even had a selection of gas station food that includes hot dogs and sandwiches.”
“I go here at least 3 times a week staff is great and mostly fair prices. Dont get trash bags or toilet paper here though unless you wanna shell out about $10/ea lol”

“I visited this CVS today to purchase some ARED-2 vitamins. I shop at CVS because of their many ways to save on these pricey vitamins. I also joined Care Pass...and I saved a total of $15.84 on a $38.99 bottle! But wait. Did I mention that I'm a senior citizen and have all kinds of trouble with techy things? Well, no problem at this store. Kira spent all the time needed to help me navigate the phone. She was very patient and kind. This has happened before at this store...with a nice young man with all the politeness I needed at the register. I actually have stores closer to me, but I go to CVS on 11th Street because of the people who work there.”

“Had a flat tire on the way home and pulled in here. Today is Sunday and all the service stations are closed. I couldn’t wait hours n hours for a tow truck, so 2 employees (Nate and Sammi) put my spare in for me! Sammi even called her husband to bring a better Jack than what I had. They went above and beyond to help this old lady. I’ll be forever grateful to them and Casey’s will always be my favorite store/gas station!!”
“I transferred my prescriptions to this Walgreens from a different location for a variety of reasons, not the least of which is the covenience of the location in relationship to my daily travel routes..
I have been surprised with additional bonuses, these being the efficiency in which they operate, excellent customer service, very pleasant employees; both in the retail areas as well as the pharmacy..
I used to think of having to pick up my meds, or buy a roll of toilet paper with a certain amount of trepidation at the previous location I shopped at. Attitudes, long waits, showing up to pick up prescriptions that the app or sms messages indicated were filled but actually weren't, etc..
I have now been going to the Kishwaukee location for I would estimate...about nine months or so, and have never had any issues..AT ALL!! To give an example: The other day one of the ladies in the pharmacy called me and asked me if I wanted to schedule a second vaccination of a two dose vaccine when I next came in to pick up my meds..Which was great but I asked her if, rather than scheduling because of being unsure of WHEN I'd be in, if I could just do it as a walk-in when I came, and if it wasn't super busy, how long approximately would it take? She said, if not busy "probably about 15 minutes"..Well today I came in to get my meds, and THEY WERE very busy, having just gotten back from lunch, and without even glancing at her monitor, looked up, saw me and said "So, Wes..do you want to get your vaccination today, or..?" Well, I did put it off because of the volume of customers in the line, but the point is: She and I don't know each other in a social way at all, yet she remembered me, knew my name..knew what service she had spoken with me on the phone about, etc.. It makes a customer feel good when someone does these things, and that's worth about ten review stars right there!! And that is only one example, so...
If my situation was to change and this Walgreens became out of the way for me to access, I would absolutely go out of the way to and drive all the way across town to go to this location specifically. That is how great my experience has been with this store..
So as a customer, if you're tired of store associates sighing, rolling their eyes, or generally treating you as if you're an inconvenience, give this location a go, I believe you'll be pleasantly refreshed with your experience..
To the people who staff this store: Thanks for all that you do, and you are always busy in there, so I hope that I didn't poke a hornets nest by posting this and make you so busy that you don't even have time to think, but I appreciate you guys!!”

“Always very friendly staff and they are always very helpful. They have about everything you could need or what from the gas station. They have good prices on things and everyone I go in the places is clean it being cleaned up . Pluse their ice is the best you can find in Rockford. Love the ice machine wish I could take it home with me. It's like hospital ice they give you to eat when you can drink anything. We'll go check this gas station and let us know what you think about them! Thanks”

“All the people here are nice since I’m here regularly but Angelique really stood out. She offered to help me carry my stuff to my car since I had a case of water too. She didn’t rush and even had a conversation with me. I hope her manager sees this and tells her about it. She really is such a nice girl and I hope to see her again. :)”

“Tried the thin crust pizza today. It was tasty and a very nice change. The crust is slightly salted and a little buttery, like a cracker. Of course, the staff was pleasant and helpful as always.”
