“Best pet store in Chicago! I've been going there for 35 years. Healthier fish than any other store in this city! Tony is alright! Everyone has a bad day sometimes! And he has been working on his feet for 8 hours! Hey lady have some compassion for him, imagine if you worked on your feet for 8 hours and he came to your job and stopped you from going home at the assigned time? How would you treat him? Next time go earlier. I think Tony's last job was a bouncer in a lounge. Lol.just kidding. I love goldens pet store and everyone in it. Tony is a hard worker, he is very helpful to Mr Golden. And he is loyal to Mr Golden. That's what matters the most! If you want healthy fish; then go to Golden's. if you don't then go somewhere else!”
“I love this Vet Clinic! The entire staff: techs, docs, and receptionists are professional, friendly, helpful I have been bringing Athena, my German Shepherd, here for 10 years. Doctor Paul basically cured her allergies. She feels soooooo much better. It's a family owned business which I think makes the quality and customer investment a notch above.”
“Great store and what a lot of people don't know is you can give your dog a bath here. The store provides the shampoo, conditioner, an air dryer and towels. Very clean bath area, very nice staff.”
“Was referred here by an associate to get help with tank repair and ended up not needing the repair I thought was necessary. So, I ended up taking a chance on buying a marine fish. Although, my wife was getting tired of losing fish we'd purchased from a store in Tinley Park and was losing interest from the hobby. I explained my dilemma to the store owner and he agreed to help me win my wife's trust back into the hobby. Let's say I haven't lost any live stock since working with him. Wife is back on board and excited to redecorate the aquarium. Thanks for the great store experience and future endeavors.”
“Every time I've been here the staff is super helpful. They are able to answer questions about different kinds of fish to make sure that your tank mates will get along well. The selection is really nice for a smaller store. They have lots of various pet foods and toys for all your pets.”

“I have been a customer for about three years and from service to products everything is exceptional. I rescued my lab at 10 weeks and ever since his first grooming service, we haven't looked anywhere else . The entire staff is caring and attentive. When I noticed they also carried "Fromm" it was another plus for me. They have great products, dog food and treats available to keep my dog happy and healthy !”

“I bring my dogs to Trip for grooming at this location and am never disappointed! One of my dogs gets a very specific cut for his breed and my other dog is a rather giant puppy who requires a little extra patience with his grooming. Trip is kind and patient with both of them and is truly an expert. I highly recommend!”

His recommendation for a specific kind of cat food was the only thing that made my cat lose weight (after visiting 3+ vets and none of the prescribed diets worked) I recommend this store to everyone.”
“Very cute little shop, they have small selections but they are well organized and stocked. Everything from dogs and cats to fish and reptiles. The staff is incredibly helpful as well, if one associate doesn't known the answer they will ask someone who does. Chances are you I'll find what you need here. There is also a pet washing and grooming service here. I have not personally used it bit they seem to do a great job they were constantly busy for being a small shop. I recommend this place for sure!”

Not only did he tell me that they had them in stock but also told me how to measure my dogs feet for the right sizing and explain everything to me so well. The pricing is ok, but they offset that by offering percentage coupons via their rewards program or the back of jewel receipts, and or online price matching.The place is always clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. This place really gives me the old school small neighborhood pet store vibe, while still being big enough to carry all your pet needs.”

“I love Rockstar Pets! My pug Ozzie has been going here for enrichment for about a year now. He is very well treated; he's eager to go in whenever we walk there and the staff give really nice comments about him and communicate whenever there have been issues (like one time when he hurt his paw a bit.) I also love that when we leave town, we can board Ozzie in the same place he already knows, with the same great people looking after him and also all his pup friends! Also the location is very close to the eastern end of the 606 so it's quite easy to walk/bike to from much of Bucktown/Wicker Park.”

“I just want to say the way some of these customers treat some of these wonderful and friendly employees is purely disgusting and disrespectful!!! I witnessed a customer talking aweful to a groomer and I had to put them in their place!!! I’ve been coming to this location for years!!!!! I hope Petsupply plus can agree some customers are not always right some are completely miserable and looking for an altercation especially at this location because that wasn’t the first time I witnessed this and props to the employees for keeping their cool and letting the customers talk down to them instead of lashing back. Whoever is in charge, protect your employees with all costs. My family been getting our dog groomed here for a very long time and all the groomers are amazing from the employees that been there long to the new ones I’ve never had a Problem!!! I highly recommend this store to anyone in the area. My German shepherd loves it here.”

“Our boys love it when we bring them here. The woman who works at the front is always SO sweet to our babies, giving them samples and plenty of pets. The treats are top-notch. We trust the selection that they stock, which is harder to do at big stores. Plus it's great that we get samples, so we don't end up buying a load of treats that they don't end up touching. We've gone in for baked treats, fish oil, poop bags, chews, training bites, etc. Next time we stock up on food (we buy Open Farm), we'll probably get it from here. Support local!”

“I brought my pup there last Saturday and was told the fee for a cut, bath and nail clip would be $75. My pup is a lap dog, a Shitzu mix and is not a large animal. After about an hour I got a call from the owner who said my dog was hard to handle and the job was only half done. She said she would complete the job for an additonal $15 considering his obstinate behavior. I finally returned to pick up my dog after another few hours. The total bill was $90 and it's been a week and the dog's fur has been growing back in patches longer than others. I am completely dissatisfied with the grooming that was done and feel like I was extorted for an additional $15 to to get my pet back. I won't be using Splash again.”
