Firstly, let me state I’m more than aware that this post does not violate my trespass order from the business. I attempted to resolve a personal matter with this store in a professional manner and here I am today leaving a one star review. A while ago I very politely expressed interest in a female employee. I was completely unaware that she is only 18 and has a boyfriend already. First of all, she looks older in my opinion and I’m only 28 and not remotely an old man. Also, I would never pursue any type of relationship with a woman already in a committed relationship. After attempting to resolve this matter with Amber a manager at this store during our second conversation where I was merely attempting to make sure all was well, Amber was disrespectful in her demeanor and didn’t seem interested in allowing me to even complete a sentence. I submitted a formal complaint with corporate. My frustration lies with corporate at the moment as no attempt was made to contact myself and discuss the matter and I was just told I would not be allowed to be served as a customer going forward . I spoke with our local police department who informed me that I had been trespassed from the premises. I will be sending a letter to the store to ask for a formal letter stating so. Furthermore, I will be likely filing a lawsuit against the company for the mishandling of a minor issue and misunderstanding. I do NOT appreciate having any female, especially ones working at a business who should know better than to be disrespectful to a gentleman who respected this female’s privacy by not contacting her or talking to her while at her job after she made it clear she was uncomfortable and then resorting to making me out to be some monster. Walgreens and I will handle this matter soon and hopefully not in a courtroom but I have a feeling that may well happen. Also, Lori the store manager comes across as incredibly arrogant and fake. I conversed with her over the phone and her tone and attitude conveyed a major F You even though she didn’t say it once. Just a very backhanded and rude manner of speaking to me.

Just element there to get a few things, as well as some meds for some poison oak o got into, the lady up front kept acting weird to me and then refused to service me for a reason I’ve never heard before. Don’t go here if you need meds or anything else because they don’t wanna help you

Drove in to pick up meds from the country. Got home and found they didn't fill the one my wife needed. Called them and said they just hadn't got around to fill it !!

Great pharmacy, good rewards system, some things are bit over priced but I don't/won't shop at Walmart so it's an okay option for those kind of things.

Maybe the inside pharmacy is better, all I have ever used is the drive thru, but I rarely leave without a scratch your head moment. Today as I picked up my family's medicine I was told I needed to provide addresses "for all these people". I guess the last names all being the same was not enough to draw a conclusion. Once I was even told that an antibiotic was going to take longer to fill because they had to make it. I just prayed she meant count out the little pills.

Walgreens in general is great. Those few employees who work in the Sterling Store who don't understand the definition of customer service make it a frustrating experience whether the pharmacy or general store employee.

Okay they had three strikes and they whiffed. Over the top procedures made normal services a nightmare. Forget whatever you were going to do here and go somewhere else

Very rude woman working the phone at the sterling location. Don’t call because the customer service is terrible, just go talk to them in person so they aren’t rude to your face.

The pharmacy woman that answered was one of the rudest individuals I have ever talked to. customer service is not where she should work. Work at a job where you don't have to talk to anyone, would be a much better fit for this rude woman.

The staff @ Sterling Walgreens is amazing. They are super friendly and always helpful. I switched to CVS for awhile to save a few bucks, but, that was a huge mistake. Thank you for your great service!! I'll think twice before I ever switch again!!
