Bought a new flip phone at this store in July. I have recently received a message on my phone saying that the battery was degrading and should be replaced. I went to the store and the salesperson looked at the phone and said there is nothing wrong with the battery without any kind of testing. Next, he says he can't do anything about the problem because it is still in contract. What's he going to do when it's out warranty? Your right, now he has an excuse not to fix the problem because it has no warranty. Have you ever had a car battery replaced without the service person checking the battery with a tester? I have lost all confidence in this store. Maybe Rock Falls Verizon stores are capable of knowing how to test a cell phone battery or can direct you to someone who can. Sad this younger generation, not all I may say, are not wanting to put any effort in helping a customer. Choose were you buy and spend your wisely, I found out too late when I purchased my new phone at this Verizon Store.

We have been coming to this location for the last couple years. We usually are helped by Josh. He's so helpful and knowledgeable. The process of going into the phone store is usually a pain. We happened to be in the area when we fist stopped into the store and now this is the only place we take our business. All the guys are great but Josh is our go to!

Jon Ricciotti was great to work with. I came in for a phone upgrade, and wound up upgrading several other phones thru Jon as well over the next few weeks. He was very patient, explained everything clearly, and found us the best options and deals, including a holiday promotion for a smart watch. He also followed up to make sure all of the phone lines worked properly. Easily the best cell phone customer service I've received so far. Thanks again Jon!
