Showed us a Ford F150 that looked gorgeous, just like the pictures online, except for the hole at the rear of the crew cab that I could have put my hand through!!! The salesman acted like that was normal even though we called ahead an hour and a half before then drove 100 miles to see the one truck. Fords have this problem and Chevys have this other problem! So deceptive! You talk to an internet agent who only looks at web pics, and the sales person doesn't talk to that person. Online photos are photoshopped.

Long Story, My Daughters car was totaled by our insurance. I asked ABRA Body shop for a Recommendation of a salesperson to talk to. Rocky she says. I’m a 8 year Marine veteran that drives semi over the road. So I call Rocky and talk to him about what I’m looking for in a car. Red and $6600 out the door ( tax, titled and plate transfer ).

I have tried calling their service department, the manager told Me today he has done such a great job for 30 years. Maybe they just don't realize or no one cares to speak up about his demeanor. I chose to take my car to another dealership for a problem and I will never buy from this place again. The service managers don't have it right, they lost business just because they choose to act inappropriate.

I have been a customer of Sterling Chevrolet and its predecessor Bun Austin Chevrolet since buying my first car (well over 40 years ago!) I have always been treated well and felt like a preferred customer (in spite of being just a pretty average consumer.) All service needs my vehicles required were taken care of promptly. All questions I had were answered fully...never experienced "manspeak" ...in a venue where it could abound! Like this company very much!
