Ordered a king sized mattress and had to pick it up from the back. We didn’t know what to do and had to go in to ask. After we had to show our receipt to leave at the gate. That is when an employee makes a comment about we made a mistake buying this bed and that it will be flat in a week. Why would you say that you a customer who just made a purchase?

Zero help in lumbar yard with the exception of young men pointing to top of the stairs showing us where we needed to be, and walking away with his hands in his pocket! Thats okay guys this 55 year old woman and 80 year old man ran circles around you! Unreal! The young man at the gate was exceptionally great! He at least did his job and very friendly I might add.

Few employees when we went, extremely long wait at the paint desk (30ish min, yes we asked other workers for help, both times they said someone would be over). Building materials hadn't been very helpful but the girls at the front are very polite.

I found 2 window air conditioners online that were nearly identical and same price, but the one had a few minor upgrades, but only 1 in stock, whereas the other one had 40 in stock. So we decided to just go to the store and check them out. I jotted down the stock numbers so they'd be easy to find. We found them & the one left was way on the top. No problem, we found an employee to get it down for us and put it in our cart. We noticed it was taped shut, but didn't think anything of it, happens there all the time, things get battered in transport. We did have the employee open it anyway, just to check. He peeked in the box and declared that the blue tape was still on it, so he's sure it's fine. We check out, bring it home, take it out and yup, someone had installed it (damage on the bottom and to the luevers, as well as some minor damage to the metal back). It's 90+.° and we live 30 minutes away, so we figure if it doesn't affect how it works, that minor damage isn't a big deal, on top of it being the last one! So far, it's working fine, but from now on, if ANYTHING appears to be repackaged, we are opening it for inspection! It should have been done on return and either marked down or sent back defective. Buyer beware at all stores of this issue.

Though I've never had big problem finding help in the store I always look my items up on line before going. I find their web site very user-friendly. I find what quantity they have in stock and location in the store. Very useful and time saving.

Stopped by the self-serve lumber building to pick up 50+ boards. Within a few minutes, Cayden swung by with a forklift and helped me get everything down from the second floor and loaded into my truck. Excellent customer service!

Here we buy every day in this store in sterling, but the service for the 3 ages, women and Latinos I feel is very poor.. today we went to buy wood and 3 people who were inside in the wood part ignored us.. I had to ask him for help 3 times and he felt discrimination because we were Latino and a 65-year-old person.
Age, I hope your service improves, I love going to look for what I need but I haven't had the help I need ?
