I needed my moonroof replaced due to it leaking and not working properly. I called in to get an estimate and they needed the VIN. After giving them the VIN I didn't get a callback for almost a week. After calling them myself to find out what is taking so long they explained that they could not find the car, turns out they had a letter wrong in the VIN. That's okay, simple mistake and easy fix. Then again, several days go by and I had to call them and same issue, a letter for the VIN was wrong. Again, simple mistake; however, to not call me to fix the issue is the problem. It is now week 2 and they finally get the right VIN. I called upper management to inform them that the collision center had not called me in a timely manner twice and I was told that it was not okay for it to be taking this long and that the regional auto body manager would reach out to me and he never did. I didn't hold my breath for that phone call. 15 minutes after I called management, the collision center called me and apologised for the wait stating that someone was out for a few days and failed to tell someone else to call me. In order to find the problem they needed me to bring the car in, that went okay with little issue. Kelly was quick to find an affordable replacement moonroof for me. She said I would get a call when the roof comes in to schedule the appointment. Roughly 2 weeks later the roof comes in and the car gets fixed. Coming in to pay for the job was fine. Now, the problem was the state of the car when I was going to take it home. The trunk was not even closed and the top trunk seal and carpet was not fitted back together properly. I'm no mechanic, but to at least have everything put back together the way it was found would be basic customer service.The only positive was the pricing for the moonroof and pay per hour.Overall, the customer service was greatly lacking. I work a customer service job and if it was found that I failed to help a customer that had any sort of issue, I would be severely reprimanded. There was zero accountability from anyone in the collision center and upper management for any issue, it was always "someone else forgot" or "someone was gone". I can expect a company that has the ability to open newer and larger locations to have better organization and training. For all the praise it receives from this community, I have yet to see why.

Went in Thursday asking about getting a car, and the next day I drove off the lot in a vehicle I liked. Thank you Harley, Josh and everyone else at Kunes for putting in the tough leg work to help me get a car I like!

They worked with me and had a quick turnaround to get my car back on the road. They also supplied a loaner car while the work was being completed, which saved me money and energy. I had a few minor adjustments when I picked up the vehicle, and they worked with me to make sure I was satisfied with the results. Would definitely use this body shop again.
