I previously posted a review on this cute Boutique, after shopping there before Christmas and trying to have a family friend return/exchange that item it has been a disaster ever since. I found the receipt and since I was told I could not stop foot in her store I sent my mother in law to return the item for me and she is never open. So I sent my daughter to return said item with the receipt and she said I will not return the item till she takes that review down about the store. Clearly $35 means more to u than me cause now it's the principle that everyone should know what you are getting into when you purchase a item from this store should know in case you need to return item. So my daughter called me when she left said she was very rude again. I told her take my receipt out of the bag and leave it in the counter I don't want her clothing. And I will be good with just losing out on again $35. The owner called the police on my daughter and they called me and she was more upset that I posted the review. And when talking to the officer she informed her about her return policy which was 15 days. Which is funny because this was nothing I had heard when trying to return the item the first time, so another excuse in why you don't want to return a item purchased from your own store. All this because you don't want to stand behind your product. And shame on me for trying to support a small business in our area all I was informed again that I was not allowed on her property I wouldn't walk in our around the store ever in my life even if it was the last place to shop.

I went in before Christmas and spent $143.42 in the store and I had a conversation with the owner which happened to be a lady I new growing up and she new my family. I purchased a sweater for a family friend which happened to be half off that day. When the family friend went to exchange the item the owner which I told the family friend was the owner was super nice there shouldn’t be a problem as to exchange the item for something else she might want. The owner right away to the family friend seemed very irritated and said with out a receipt she would not be able to exchange the item. I called and talked to the owner and she remembered me and I told her I had got it half off the day I came in and she remembered me but was very hesitant to still exchange. I told her that I don’t remember where I put the receipt that the item was to big and she would simply exchange. My husband was listening and was voicing his frustration that we had been in and we have talked and she new who I was. He wasn’t very nice and I asked him to be quiet. She then had a out to say I was gonna work with u but not with him talking to me like that. That she was a small business owner and that she needed a receipt. Which this item had the tags on never had been worn and she remembered me. She gave the phone back to the friend and told her u bring the receipt back and I will exchange the item but my husband and I weren’t not allowed back in the store. Which I’m ok with, but that is not how u treat customers. I will return the item of clothing without a receipt it’s not trying to get over on anyone when it was supposed to be a present from a nice store and not ask for anything back I want nothing to do with a store that will not work with a customer and someone that they new since they were a small child. The friend had moved here from out of town and I was seriously so embarrassed that I had said the owner was nice when she treated me and the friend like she didn’t need our business!
