They did a good job on my VW after a run in with a deer. Took time but thats expected with getting parts for GTI that was made still in Germany. One door was a little off after they reassembled, and took it over and they readjusted right there quick no problem. Friendly people. Dixon VW recomended them.

Went to have my chip in my windshield looked at said to come back on Monday and it took about 45 minutes to repair very fast and good job I will recommend them to everyone thanks again

This place had up front and honest pricing, which is hard to come by these days. There were some insurance issues which they handled. They scheduled the time and were done as scheduled. I would recommend them.

Everyone was friendly and helpful when I called to see about getting my windshield fixed and when I took my car in to have it looked at. I was extremely satisfied with the service and the work done on my windshield. I felt I was in good hands and trusted them. I would highly recommend them and go back if need to.

ABRA replaced my front bumper and right lamp kit. After a neighbor ran into my car his insurance company sent me to ABRA to have repairs done. They were extremely helpful with working with the insurance company and car rental company. They made everything go very smoothly. Would definitely recommend this company!Services: Painting

This place shouldn’t be allowed to touch a vehicle. Caused more problems then what originally brought in for. I think their paint booth is in an alley and whoever does the body work is blind or just doesn’t care. I will never return to this place again. Edit in response to the owner…I’ve had the vehicle in there several times now only to have more issues caused. If you’d like you can contact the service manager in sterling Chevrolet or any of the workers there that saw the mess that was caused or contact me I’d be glad to let you know.
