“First time, but won’t be the last!!! HUGE SHOUT OUT TO BRITTANY for warming up the store (inside joke) and being extremely knowledgeable about the products as I am out of the loop. Brittany made sure my daughter got to try on the selections she chose. I didn’t feel rushed, overwhelmed or oversold. I have Under Armour gym shoes that recently made their way out of the box after nearly 5 years! Same thing with my Puma’s. I probably wear sneakers once a year at best. But, SNIPES has so many great styles and selections, buying gym shoes might become my thing. And, as a novice, not sure if I’m supposed to call them gym shoes, sneakers or kicks! Overall great experience.”

“Not bad unfortunately I made a long post before in regards to the experience I had with them adjusting there price they have gave me from one DTLR store so not sure why that can't honor a price from another DTLR but oh well I bought my shoes and clothes from another store entirely at a great price. Hopefully DTLR will make some adjustments for continued customer service.”
