Disreputable. Extremely difficult to contact after placing the initial order--I should've checked Yelp! beforehand! Calls and emails were rarely returned, and the delivery date kept getting pushed out--the arcade game I ordered Nov 1st for the Holidays didn't arrive until a week after Christmas, and it immediately had problems. I'll close with the unedited response from "Jimmy B" at In The New Age when I notified him about problems with the machine (representative of the company's overall professionalism):morning Ed . we did recieve your message this morning did stay working with the shop the factory. its there unit . there macine cant deal with anyone better than them

1 August 2021 purchased a jukebox and paid for it in full up front. Invoice stating delivery in 10-16 weeks. This never happened. After 8 months and no jukebox, order was cancelled, and we were charged a 10%/$700.00 cancellation fee. The refund minus the 10% cancellation fee took weeks to receive. Buyer beware, they will take your money up front and run.Contract stated 10-16 weeks NOT 6 months. Cancelled when could not deliver in stated timeframe (even gave them extra months to deliver). Did not get a refund until over 9 MONTHS after order with a 10% penalty fee subtracted.

Father of two boys here, posting about my experience with the arcade / entertainment company In The New Age who we found while looking for a traditional pinball machine for the kids. Although I found the crew at In The New Age pleasant to work with during the purchase, we are not happy with them or our Future Pin 2000. On 9/16/21 we ordered the unit with a couple of options. We were told "white glove delivery" by someone who could demonstrate how to navigate, set up files, internet connection, etc in about four to six weeks if I recall correctly. On 10/3/21 we were offered some options, (including an upgrade to the 6000) one of which I didn't catch was already part of my initial invoice. I hastily approved it while my wife was in the hospital so I paid for it twice.After many rounds of following up over the next six months, we finally got the unit on 4/14/22. It had a couple of bees in it and was delivered by a two man crew who had never seen one before and not instructions but we were still glad to have it. It was also missing agreed upon options only one of which I was made aware of and credited for.The system is difficult to learn and navigate through. It has game files that do not work, games that don't work with the included controls, some of the games don't fit the screen, has writing that is so pixelated that you can't make it out, etc. They take a while to load so it can be frustrating. My tech savy kids even wanted to smash it...Within two weeks, the switch broke and I never got service or a replacement. I asked for them to pickup the unit and refund the money but haven't gotten a response. Since then, I went to dust the machine off and found the right side of the lower TV had fallen down. I want this machine out of my house!11/5/22 - Updating to reply to owner response.1) I never said white glove was on your site, but we absolutely were promised white glove, lie all you want. 2) We finally got instructions after requesting but they are horrible, don't solve the issues or show all the things we were promised. 3) Kids never bashed the machine to break the TV loose from the frame or the switch. That's a pathetic attempt to blame others for the poor quality of your machine. Think about the ride it took from IL to CA and tell me the screen fell out from what little play we actually have it. Absolutely ridiculous!4) Maybe you should show some footages of the games that can't be played and look like hell on your site rather than misleading people that it will look great with 4k?I'll be posting more pictures shortly and looking into my legal options. Buyers beware....2nd Update on 11/5/22.....As promised, I went to take more pictures to display the issues with the games. Unfortunately, the piece of junk doesn't even power on now so all I can provide are pictures of the shotty monitor installation that relies solely on double sided tape. Unbelievable! ITNA, do the right thing and take this machine back!!

I bough the rockola John Papa jukebox. I put it on my Facebook page to show everyone and someone offered to buy it rom me for $1,200 more than I even paid for it. This is better than buying stocks, or bitcoin in my opinion.

After searching aimlessly for a company that could supply me with some cherry master game machines, and some POT OF GOLD amusement devices, ITNA helped me tremendously! I now was able to kick out my vending company that was taking half my money and now I can keep it all. Thanks.

Good company, great salespeople, they answered by chats, my email and ca; ed me back so they could walk me through the order process. The machines were delivered in perfect brand just like advertised.
