I really like the care I received here. I brought one dog in when he passed away and they were kind to me and understanding of the situation.
My other dog I brought in today, I had a good experience. The front desk staff were nice and friendly. After my visit, they inquired about how my dog was feeling, so they do care. They clean the rooms between patients too. John took care of us during our visit and he was very nice and knowledgeable. He didn’t get upset or anything when I asked questions. And he seemed to really like my dog and it made me feel more comfortable trusting him with my dog. The bill was also way less than I expected.
He tested for heart worm and I got my results back the same day. I will definitely make this my clinic ?

I've been bringing my dogs here for 7+ years. As we mostly adopt seniors, we visit the vet quite a bit. If your appointment is later in the day, you will likely have a wait (but isn't that the way it is at most medical facilities?). My only issue is that it has been getting difficult to get a timely appointment. Most times it isn't a big deal. But today was one of those times it is a problem.
My big guy was in for annual a few weeks back and presented with either a neck or mouth issue (hard to tell which). Got some meds and the first one seemed to help but the other one didn't do anything and he seems to be getting worse. Called for a dental and they are 7 weeks out. Even their Dyer location was 6 weeks out. It used to be at most 3 weeks and then if it was an emergency, sooner.
He had a cancerous growth removed from under his skin and a benign growth (that grew back) removed from his mouth a year ago which is why I was hoping to get a dental and maybe x-rays while he was under. I just didn't think I'd have to wait almost two months to make that happen. I hope the pain pills can get us through. If not I need to make a regular appointment and see if there is anything that can be done before end of July.
