I have been a long standing customer since the bank was Austin Bank of Chicago in the 80's, then later became ABC Bank, now Old Second Bank. I know there're not as large as Chase, Boa, Us Bank to name a few, I can't imagine transferring to some other institution, I have always been satisfied with the service I receive there, and was more so when the chgo hts location switched over so that I didn't have to travel to the 92nd street lication..location. Thank you Nichole and 02 Bank for your service!!!!”

“Stopped through a few times. Always noticed a crowd gathered around the deli counter. Eventually realized they sold cooked chicken fried/grilled and potato wedges at a good value. A man on a mission. I needed a reason to use my bottle of "Melindas ghost pepper hot sauce" that I previously bought on another grocery trip. I walked up to that counter just quietly salivating at the thought of taking some of that hot cooked chicken and fried potato wedges home and aggressively abusing it all with some body temp raising "Melindas ghost pepper sauce" like some masochistic madman. When the choice was made...I went with a grilled chicken breast and a grilled chicken leg and of course the obvious starch pairing of fried potato wedges. All at the convenient price of $3.99!! When I made it home, prepped those chicken pieces in "Melindas ghost pepper sauce", and took that first bite. My taste buds gladly welcomed the invitation as my tongue painfully danced in that warm delicious ghastly fire. I have heartburn now. My sweat glands are crying. Still I have zero regrets! 2pc grilled chicken and potato wedges $3.99 Melindas ghost pepper sauce $3.99 Trip to flavor town *free with purchase* 9/10 would do it again!”

I recently opened an account and she helped me with my application on my smart phone and got me in tune with making my payments on my credit card . They are all super freindly and the service is quick and no waiting. Erika is a great employee and I will be speaking highly about this branch to my freinds and family .”
