I'm treated like a person, not just a policy number. When switched from USAA to State Farm, I saved so much money that I was able to get a life insurance policy AND insure my vehicle with full coverage for nearly the same amount I was paying with USAA just for my vehicle. They're quick to get back to me, courteous and they answer all my many questions. I love the app too!

Terrin was quick with a response when I asked for a quote. He went over all my options and made me feel good about switching from progressive. OH and I saved over half of what I was paying per month for my vehicles.

Terrin's State Farm is the best. We were on vacation in Florida and needed help fixing a cracked windshield. We called Terrin's office and the next morning we had our windshield fixed. All we had to do was give state farm out address and they took care of everything. They are amazing.

I always have an easy time working with Terrin Thies office. Alyssa is usually who takes care of me and she always does a tremendous job communicating and getting things done without headache. I contacted the office for help with a tow bill. Dawn jumped right in to help. She even helped me get the necessary documentation from the tow company. Dawn provided great service and got my reimbursement to me quickly!!!
