I cannot stress enough the friendliness, helpfulness and absolutely awesomeness of shopping at this store. The amount of quality furniture to select from and the knowledge of the products they sell is amazing. Definitely will shop here again, amazing selection of quality products for a small town store. I would honestly say they have a better selection than the great big furniture stores. I purchased a very nice Flexsteel recliner and was under no pressure whatsoever to purchase. I spent hours trying out different recliners to find the one I wanted and the staff was very accommodating to my indecisiveness. Again , definitely a wonderful furniture store and staff, explains why they have been in business for over a 100 years.

Contractor installed bathroom flooring and cracked toliet tank during installation and neither Russell's furniture nor the contractor will make it right. Additionally the contractor left 2 handfuls of scrap wood in floor vent and put cover back on.Very poor service .My parents and grandparents all did local business with them .I would never recommend their services to anyone.

I only wish I could give this store more stars. The customer service was absolutely amazing. Prices and quality seemed compared to other furniture stores. We will definitely be back to shop here again.

Came back in stantion yesserday to stay with ex wive an drived from kentucky an was tired but exwive start complainin about wantin new couch n sid tabel. Eye went in by myself and had ware mask or git refuzed service. Eye commed back later after gittin mask from stor an finaly got to go in- the man insid keept askin personal questons lik e how big couch does you want. My family met with Danny, the owner of Russell Furniture, we had what felt like a private tour. We were welcomed to view everything in the store and received a wonderful education about Russell Furniture; as well as their products and services.The items we settled on were definitely worth the wait. While I know it's common to mostly inform on poor business practices, I want to also share when things are done right.
