When this was XSport owned, there were many sanitizing areas for the machines. I came in today, and now it’s owned by LA Fitness, and there is no sanitation around besides 1 wipe station for 40+ machines. Seems dirtier than before as well, bathrooms, debris all over the workout floors.

I have been coming here for 5 years, and ever since they changed owners to LA fitness, it haven't been the same, and it's been overcrowded every day at every time. Even at 4am, it's crowded. I came here and remained here because I'm not a ppl person at all and now they merged with la fitness, there's ppl everywhere and even the staff is weird, atleast the old blk dude who be sitting around in the locker room staring at ppl instead of cleaning. Oh yea, somebody left their clothes on the floor in the men's locker room. Its been here for 4 days now. I'm really not renewing or paying for this membership. I will be going to Planet Fitness or something else I can find that isn't so crowded. This is very disappointing. I miss xsport

I am first going start out by saying, Gyms can be very intimidating and I have had some not good experiences with some gyms in the past, so needless to say I was very hesitant on joining a gym again however, health wise, I knew I had to. A few of my friends were members at Xsport (now LA Fitness) and said it was great, so I thought ok, I will give it a try. My experience since signing up has been top tier. Jordan the general manager is awesome, he really does go above and beyond. He doesn't treat you like a "customer" he treats you like a friend, almost like family, I have had a few ups and downs, and he ALWAYS made sure that I was taken care of. The trainers are great, I am partial to Shaley as she was my trainer, always super positive, and sometimes I would ask her to work out with me so I felt more comfortable and she would and it was fun when I had sessions with her. Honestly, the entire staff is great, always a smile and hello and a willingness to help. The more I went the more comfortable I felt doing workouts on my own. I would definitely recommend this gym to my friends and family and as a matter of fact have, since I joined 4 of my friends (2 are my roommates) have joined and they LOVE it! So, a huge shout out to Jordan and his team for doing a fantastic job!

Really, no guest past 9 pm, which is ridiculous. Why would anyone choose to come here if that is the case. We are paying to have our guests come with us as well. Otherwise, why would anyone come to a 24/7 gym.

The facilities are great, and the staff is friendly. However, I encountered an issue that has left me quite disappointed.
On 07/24/2024, I arrived at the gym with my family at 9:15 PM, only to be told that guests are not allowed entry past 9 PM. This rule feels unreasonable, especially considering the membership fee of over $400 that I pay. Many of us have demanding schedules, and it's not always possible to arrive before 9 PM. It was embarrassing to be turned away, particularly since we are regular visitors, training around four times a week, and have recommended the gym to several friends who have since joined.
I've heard that LA Fitness offers a VIP guest or family pass system, but there hasn't been clear communication on how it works or how to register family members. It's frustrating that a gym of this caliber doesn't offer more flexibility for its members.
I hope the management reconsiders this policy to better accommodate the diverse schedules of all members.

Wasn’t a fan of this place before LA took over but they closed the express in Batavia so we had to come here. Since LA took over it’s gotten even more dirty, still broken equipment and the little kids who run the place are rude and have no idea what they are doing.

You get what you pay for, had a great experience for the price.
Quitting memberships is incredibly arduous

I need everyone to know that if you haven’t met Shaley, (one of the personal trainers and my very favorite at Xsport) YOU ARE MISSING OUT! She lifted my spirits after being out of shape for years by giving me compliments which boosted my confidence greatly during the personal training session. She also gave me amazing advice that was easy to understand on what to eat to stay healthy and get back on the right track. She was right there by my side through out the whole session and cheered me on and even managed to maintain a full blown friendly and fun loving conversation. She is so easy to connect with and is exactly the personal trainer you need if you’re really looking to change your life, daily routine, and to look and feel great about yourself again. 5 STARS across the board for this amazing girl. Jordan the manager is also absolutely amazing and always makes me feel warm and welcome. Thanks to you all! Especially you Shaley!
