I’ve had another GREAT experience at Wellis, Inc. In St Charles.I had a badly damaged wheel that could not be repaired. They helped me order a new one, helped me get the replacement tire (even picking it up for me) and mounted the tire on the new wheel. They routinely go above and beyond what others will do and they are happy to do it. What a wonderful group of people!

I had real bad bent wheel and the guys did their job great,thank you so much,lexus is wheel!many shops told its not repairable and wellis told me lets try if its gets a crack its will be at no charge,and they did it,thank you so so much!

Had curb rash repaired through a warranty company on my Tahoe that has alloy wheels. Picked my car up and noticed the rims were dull. Noticed within the year of their warranty period that their PAINT job was chipping. Notified company and of course they stated that they’ve “never” had that happen before and to bring car back. I refused. Spoke to warranty company who stated that this company reported that my rims were originally painted - a lie. Worked with a new company who literally laughed at this company’s work…got the job done correctly elsewhere.

While I hope to not need any future repairs, I will most definitely be using Wellis again. A family owned business run the absolute right way. They are very busy but bear with them, it’s worth the wait and every penny! Highly recommended!

I brought my 21 inch silver summer set of Tesla wheels in for repair. They made me agreat offer to repair and powder coat all 4 in a great dark gray color that matches my Tesla. They came out great and I couldn’t be happier with the work. Highly recommend!

I had some trouble with the quality of work at first. They had to redo them a second time. As I was picking up my wheels the second time another gentleman was there also picking up his wheels for the second time. I think they may be growing too fast.

Dropped my car off Sunday evening for a curbed rim and picked it up Monday afternoon looking brand new! Loved how quick and easy it was. Liam was great!

Had some shaking in my steering wheel. Shop found one bent wheel and straightened it out for me. It took about 1 hour. Very happy with the work they did.

Great customer service, walked in and was able to get accommodated same day. The team was able to straighten a bent wheel and balance it in about 15 min. This was my first time coming here. 10/10 would recommend

Just wanted to show my appreciation for service. My tuner told me to come here and I'm glad I did. Most shops I called had wait of 2 weeks, these guys and gal took my car in next day and had me out in little over an hour. Car is 10 times more stable. Very polite and knowledgeable staff. HEADS UP!! Took my car here to get rim rash fixed and they did a great job on fixing the actual rim rash but not so great on making it look OEM, apparently to achieve this on my car they need a special machine to get that same “finish” on the rim, i guess I should’ve done more research or asked beforehand but i also feel like they could’ve given me a heads up just to tell me that is not gonna look the same. You can actually tell it looks different and now i have to take my car somewhere where they do have said machine and pay again, so just a heads up, If you want to get rim rash fixed and want it to look OEM, make sure they don't need that machine cause they don't have it, or ask them first, cause they won’t tell you either lol

I think they did an excellent job repairing the curb rash on my wheel. I don't know how anyone could give them less than 5 stars. Great Job!
