Love the clothes here, love the people who work here! They're so sweet and as I can here for wedding things I got to know them and hear about their lives. Such a great place to shop with lots of nice quality things and good sales.

Von Maur was and is AWESOME! Don't stay home waiting for the 5:A.M. DEALS or no DEALS! This place is so calm. And you get free shipping! Which includes beautiful gift wrapping of your choice. They also have an exceptional return policy. If your receiving state does not have a Von Maur, YOU do not pay taxes. (That has changed) They have their own interest-free credit card even their motto is, "Our only interest is you." The Exquisite, live pianist is amazing! I really hate to give up all the good tips because, if I tell you what I know I won't be able to find what I want for myself. So my suggestion to you, whoever may be reading this, go and check it out! Unfortunately not much is left in the Saint Charles Illinois mall. So you have nothing to complain about. There is Ample, Ample parking. And they also have a wonderful theater in case you have fuddy-duddies who don't want to shop! They can watch movies and play games until you're ready to leave.

Great customer service, great selection. I only wish that they would accept alterations that weren’t bought at the store. The have such great tailors and that is so hard to find. Sometimes you need something altered after years or a brand that von maur doesn’t carry. I would expect them to charge a fair price for this serv and I would gladly pay.
