“Dr. Klepitsch was recommended by a coworker of mine. My wife and I just got our first dog. She's a rescue, and we wanted to take her to a veterinarian to see how healthy she was. Dr K took an hour to answer all our questions. He gave our dog a full exam and explained what he would recommend to keep her healthy. We talked to him about what food she should eat, what vaccines she needs and whether or not pet insurance was worth the cost. He took the time to answer all our questions and explain things to us. We're first time dog owners, so it really helped to get a veterinarian's opinion on all our questions. The staff was really kind. Caitlin was the technician who assisted Dr. K. She really helped our nervous dog. We're so glad to have found such a great veterinarian.”

“Dr. Cook and his staff are simply amazing. They're caring, communicate well and accommodating. Our 10 year old Australian Shepard had a full tear of his CCL. Our vet gave us a couple referrals to surgeons but none provided the tightrope procedure. We felt the TPLO procedure was far too invasive for a 10-year-old dog so we decided to go with Dr. Cook and are so happy with our choice.”

The recovery was hard but WOW we haven't had any issues with her leg over the last 5 years. She tore her ACL as an injury, so the other leg compensated the weight well during recovery, it wasn't degenerated with age or anything. She's 16 years old now and the surgery 5 years ago was well worth it.”

“I visited the St. Charles Veterinary Clinic for the first time about two months ago. I took my cat in to get her yearly vaccinations, and get checked out because she had been having some blood in her stool. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. I forget the name of the veterinarian that treated my cat, but he was incredibly kind and the medication he prescribed healed my cat promptly! I also thought everything was quite affordable and fairly priced. You can tell they truly care about your pets! My cat and I will be coming here from now on!”

Absolutely adore Dr. Hooper she went above and beyond to went above and beyond to make my little girl dog comfortable. Love how they have you call and check in while in the car and wait until they have a room ready for you to come in. With this dog virus you can never be too careful!”
