The screen went out on my phone so I went to a Verizon store to see about getting a new one. I was so disappointed. The tech acted like he did not want to deal with me at all. Someone recommended me to the Verizon store in St Charles. I'm so happy that I went there, I'm 74 and don't know a lot when it comes to the new technology. Amar went beyond to help me find a new phone and get it all set up! This is my go to store from now on. Thank you again Amar!

Beware- My "free" phone on a new line was almost $20/month and for 4 months Logan couldn't get the free promotion to work. I got on a chat with a live agent from corporate today (their name was Ice) and they resolved my issue within minutes, giving me the credits for what I paid so far for the free phone and adding the promotion I had signed up for so going forward this won't be an issue. Verizon service has been pretty good so this was frustrating to say the least... The home Internet is working well for us, too. Just be aware this can happen at this store and don't let the return period pass by w this issue or go elsewhere and you might avoid the possibility of feeling like an idiot for 3+ months, wasting time talking to reps from this store who for some reason couldn't figure this out. I spoke to Logan several times about this issue and other sales reps there told me to take it up with him. I was nice and copacetic until today. While Logan was nice, it was not a great experience tbh. While I was there buying this new phone and line there was a woman who came in angry about a similar issue where she was being over charged by like $300. Looking back it was foreshadowing.

Mo was a life saver. Went to the corporate store in Batavia to try and solve an issue with not connecting to the network and it was as helpful as talking to a rock. Went to this store and Mo fixed the phone in 10 mins. Amazing customer service

Writing this review to warn others to NOT waste their time. Go to a Verizon CORPORATE store. I went to this location yesterday because all my iPhone needed was a new SIM card & this was the closest location to me & genuinely thought that I would be in & out. Ravina kept talking about my family plan & how she could help us save here & save there & that I might have to get a new iPhone if this new SIM card doesn’t activate & etc BUT she couldn’t begin the process with a brand new phone when I was willing to purchase a whole BRAND new phone, unless I switched up my entire plan? Apparently she was unable to fix my SIM card issue & I was there for nearly 3 HOURS. After figuring out they are actually a third party location & mentioning I will call & go to corporate she said corporate is not open on Sundays. Well, I went to the Verizon corporate store which is open on Sundays by the way, in Bloomingdale & I cannot believe I was issued a new SIM card & my phone was fixed in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES. I am baffled I wasted almost 3 hours at this location with absolutely no resolution. As a Verizon customer of over 15+ years I have never been so disappointed, my advice is to always work directly with a Corporate location no matter the situation.

When I lost my phone, Josh M spent lots of time helping me find the best & most affordable option for replacement. The next day my phone was returned to me, and Josh M was able to fully refund me and set up my old phone again. I HIGHLY recommend him! He will work with you for whatever you need!

Came into Verizon 30 minutes before closing and we got excellent service by Moe. He stayed late to get us all new phones.

This is a great Verizon Store. Ask for Logan, he is so knowledgeable and extremely competent! Give him a raise so you don’t lose him. He is an asset! Do you know when you’re run across someone that’s in customer service and you think if I had a business I would hire this person, Logan is it!

I was having issues with my old phone and went to two other Verizon stores. No help, advice or direction. I then went to the St.Charles location and met Amar Banga. To make a long story short, my old phone was trash, got a new one and he set me up. I then experienced some other issues with the new phone due to Verizon corporate and he fixed it. This guy is a rock star. After a few visits, I met Josh Meumann who I found to be a true professional like Amar. I asked if he was the boss and he said, "I'm trying to be". As an old guy who has seen customer service and competency lacking these days, I want to strongly endorse these guys and the store. Do everything you can to keep and promote them. If could give seven stars, I would.

BEWARE
This store is NOT a REAL VERIZON store. They "bait switch" promotions, change your account without your permission and tell you they have not changed a thing. The don't know how to set up phones and when you try to get them to fix it no one is willing to help or returns phone calls.
