“I brought my son’s car in after taking it elsewhere to get tires (that company directed me to Suburban) due to an issue that was found during the alignment process. The service at Suburban Tire was wonderful. They got us in right away and everyone was professional, kind and caring. They went above and beyond to take care of the problem and make sure the car was taken care of properly, including catching and repairing a mistake that was made when we took it to the dealership to get the brakes and rotors done a few months ago. I sure wish we had known about Suburban Tire then. We will definitely be bringing our vehicles here in the future should we need service.”

“Had a tire blow out on 90 put a spare on and made it to Discount Tire St Charles 5 min before they closed. Worried I would have to call in to work tomorrow because I would have no car, they took care of me after hours. Joey and Adair are one of a kind. Helped me get tires in my price range and really made me feel like I had been coming here for years. I cannot recommend their service enough, I will be singing their praises for a long time.
