I can't even say enough good things about my experience with Miles. He has helped me so much throughout my buying process. Nick Kein was great to work with - he was incredibly helpful with the entire process. He was super flexible with my complicated schedule, and went well above and beyond to help us find our new home. Miles is a very good realtor. He had really good communication, showed us any house we wanted to see and got us a very good deal on our home. He has sold a lot of homes and it shows. He has also fixed up a lot of houses so he is very knowledgeable about the whole process. We highly recommend him to anyone!

How to even write down in words how much this team helped me and my fiancé find our first home. I stumbled upon the Kombrink team just from a simple google search looking for a realtor near me and was introduced to the amazing Shannon Bowman. From the start Shannon immediately made me feel reassured and confident that even in this crazy market we’d be able to find the home of our dreams. Anytime issues came up or my fiancé and I felt unsure or confused, Shannon was just a quick phone call or text away to immediately reassure us and answer questions. She was also quick to respond, no matter the time or day, but also never placed any pressure on us or was pushy. When it came time to putting an offer on this beautiful home we found, she gave us sound advice and did everything in her power to help us win against multiple bid offers. And guess what? We got the home! Working with this established St Charles realtor team you not only get one realtor but an amazing network of people that will help you achieve success in home buying. Every member of the Konbrink team helped with the sale of our home. Our agent was Miles Tischauser.We couldn't be more pleased with the services they performed on our behalf. This was the first time in 25 years that we've sold a home. They guided us through everything from initial listing, setting things up so the house showed as well as possible, reviewing and accepting offers and then they guided us through the closing process.I would highly recommend the Kombrink team to anyone thinking of selling and buying a house. We're a first-time homebuyer and we got Miles' name from a friend who recently sold & bought their homes with Miles' help. From the beginning Miles had been a rock in what could easily be a very stressful experience. He immediately built good rapport with my wife, and it didn't take long for him to interpret our desire into a list of potential homes. We only looked at seven homes before we finally closed on our dream home. That's to show how insightful and accurate his approach was.And things were not always smooth, but Miles was very patient dealing with us. Being a first-time homebuyer, we had to learn quickly when to put an offer, what would be a reasonable amount, and most of all, timing was key. We made a few offers that were not quick enough nor hit the right amount, but Miles provided guard rail that allowed us to learn quickly. I'm sure at times he'd like us to behave differently, but we never felt that he intruded in our decision making, so we really appreciated his patience ;).In the end, we put an offer that we were comfortable with, and his Kombrink team made sure that the whole process went smoothly. We're very satisfied with Miles & his team’s support and would not hesitate to work with them again if opportunity arises.
