I visited a few stores in search of a gift and Diamondaire stood out above and beyond the rest. The woman who I believe is the owner welcomed us and gave us the best customer service. She spent a lot of time with us searching and explaining. I went in again a few days later and the rest of the staff was just as friendly. They got my business because of how helpful and accommodating they all were and it helped that they have beautiful jewelry as well. Great location. Great Service. Beautiful pieces.

Lauren was AMAZING! I can't even explain how easy, direct, and took care of business for me so I didn't have to really do much at all. She was very polite and I'm more than satisfied with my stunning wedding band! Thank you The Diamondaire for your wonderful choice in jewelry and associates.

If you want to make a gal happy, Diamondaire is the best place to start. I wanted to get a meaningful ring for my partner and I was absolutely clueless. I got a recommendation from a very close friend and boy was I not only pleased, I was completely blown away. Teddy, was a bright and wonderful and the gems she is an expert about. Her knowledge and expertise put the perfect ring on my girl’s finger just in the nick of time. The owners are stunning and this place is the best. Thank you Diamonaire and thank you Teddy for coming through and making this relationship stronger.

I was excited to pick out and order my new birthstone ring from Diamondère. When the week came the I was told I would receive the ring they sent me an email saying there was a delay and it would be a couple of more weeks. Then the day finally came when I received an email saying the ring would ship and I would get it the next day. I took the day off to sign for the expensive ring. When UPS arrived they didn't have it. They didn't have it in their possession at all. I received no notice from Diamondère and took a day off for nothing. Very poor customer service. I canceled my order after being lied to. Would not recommend them. Many other places to buy jewelry.

I bought a pendant for my wife that she loved, but accidentally misplaced a year later. Lauren was able to recreate it for the same price! It even ended up a little bit upgraded. Lauren & Teddy are so warm & friendly whenever I stop in. They truly care about their customers. Thank you!

You will not find friendlier, more knowledgeable and welcoming people.Billy and his staff are wonderful.I’ve purchased many different items from Billy, plenty of diamonds, as this is my daughter’s birthstone (rings, earrings), but my favorite story is this…I’d been on the hunt for a “black opal” for 6 years. I walked into The Diamondaire and asked point blank if they had one. I had asked this question of many area jewelers for years.Billy had just returned from a show and happened to have ONE, that was loose. I asked that we get it put into a setting, and that I didn’t care what the cost was. I’d been searching for years, and this stone was sentimental to me.Billy and his staff helped me pick a setting and a few days later I was able to bring home the most beautiful, important ring of my life. I later went back and picked out a band that I thought looked beautiful with my ring; diamonds of course.I’ve been in and out of that store so many times in the last year. To make purchases, sales, get cleanings, resizing or to just chat with friends and love on Adrian.They’re always ready with a friendly smile, hug/handshake and a glass of whatever you’re drinking that day.This is my jeweler. I’ll keep going back to look at the pretty jewelry, chat with kind, wholesome people and pet the cutest pittie you’ve ever seen.

So unbelievably happy with my custom necklace! they worked with me start to finish, sending photos (since I’m out of the area) of everything requested. The turn around time was super quick and the shipping and packaging was top notch. I’m so thrilled with the final piece, and I’d definitely order from here again!

It was an amazing experience from the beginning to the end. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient. Billy the owner went out of his way to find the perfect Diamond for me. Teddy who I mostly dealt with was absolutely perfect. She was super helpful and kind. You can tell that she’s very experienced and she knows her stuff. Lauren co-owner and wife of Billy was amazing as well. I would never feel the need to ever go elsewhere. They are fair and you can tell that their motto is a happy customer at all times.
