I brought my son’s car in after taking it elsewhere to get tires (that company directed me to Suburban) due to an issue that was found during the alignment process. The service at Suburban Tire was wonderful. They got us in right away and everyone was professional, kind and caring. They went above and beyond to take care of the problem and make sure the car was taken care of properly, including catching and repairing a mistake that was made when we took it to the dealership to get the brakes and rotors done a few months ago. I sure wish we had known about Suburban Tire then. We will definitely be bringing our vehicles here in the future should we need service.

I highly recommend this auto repair shop! I am a loyal customer to another mechanic shop, in another town. However, I got a flat tire and needed local assistance. I am always skeptical with new mechanic shops. However, Suburban Tire highly exceeded my expectations. They have great customer service skills, great mechanics, and great pricing! I was agreably surprised! This shop is trustworthy, courteous and very competent! They truly care about their customers, and I sincerely appreciate them! Merci Beaucoup Jon and Joe ?

I had rotors and pads all the way around and 4 tires along with nitrogen. These guys are great listeners, informative and professional not to mention they have some great deals. I made a point of going from Bloomingdale to St. Charles because they listened to my needs and gave me the best price, Joe and John are great.

Suburban tire is the best. They handle tire repairs quickly with impressive efficiency and their prices are very reasonable. They are honest and do not try to sell you tires when you do not need them. We have gone there several times with slow leaks and are quite happy with their service.

I am in from out of town and having brake issues and this placed tried to take advantage of me by quoting me an outrageous price for pads and rotors. Shame on them! I went somewhere else for a considerable cost savings, it only took one phone call.

Suburban Tire in St. Charles helped me out when I had a nail in my tire that was too close to the sidewall to repair. They replaced it with a new tire. I only had to pay taxes and fees, and it was done in an hour. Great Service !

I have a classic BMW e39 that was having starter issues. I brought it to three different shops, two of which, only work on German vehicles and nobody could find the problem.
Then I brought it to Suburban and they discovered the fuel pump was bad. They replaced it at a cost far less than the BMW shops and I had my car back the next day!
