We live in Sycamore & are more than willing to make the drive to St Charles to see our vet at St Charles Veterinary Clinic. We usually see Dr Vogel. She wasn't able to slip Pepper into her schedule so we saw Dr Amy & She's delightful! We've never had a bad experience there & we've never been disappointed in any way!
My dogs & cats always get excellent care!

My first visit to St. Charles Veterinary Clinic with one of our cats was EXCEPTIONAL! I was greeted immediately as I walked in and they scanned the 14 year’s worth of previous vet documents into their system. The nurse and the doctor were all very kind, listened attentively and cared for my cat’s well-being. I highly recommend!

I’m disappointed, I don’t usually leave these. I brought my cat in, he was limping he’s still not able to walk. They did blood work, just reported he was healthy, they didn’t tell me anything about his leg and that the only reason he came in. I wasted $590 just to do blood work and give him some pain meds, they didn’t even solve the issue… I don’t have time to do anything else that’s why I took him in when I did. Literally a waste of 3 hours and $590, hopefully my cat doesn’t die because nothing was done!!!

I have been using this vet for many years. They are always pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. In other words, professional all the way. Add in their emergency services and they are hard to beat. I am moving away and will miss them all, especially Dr. Amy!

Your staff and doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. Your veterinarians and facility are capable of taking care of any needs my furry friend might have. Other places that call themselves Veterinary Hospitals are clinics at best.

A very sudden illness set upon our 10 year old Labrador retriever. Dr. Vogel had his temp down within 90 minutes of working on him, and she and Dr. Amy's methodical approach to determining his illness saved his life and brought back this beautiful soul to us. We have used STVC since the late 90's and have always had superb service. We highly recommend their services.
