Just recently purchased a 2024 Corolla cross, all the staff was super helpful and made the process smooth! I knew the car I wanted so there was no pressure from anyone trying to upsell me to something I didn’t want.
Erin was very efficient with the appointments and showing me the car and explained everything very well. She also answered any questions I had leading up to the purchase, even in her day off!
Leo helped explain everything in the car in detail. I had a pretty big jump from a 2013 Sentra, he answered all my questions and showed me how the car functioned. Even my dad gave him praise at the end for his great service, and that isn’t common for him to do!
overall great experience for my first time Toyota purchase!

**A Wonderful Car Buying Experience**
I recently purchased a used Toyota Sienna minivan from this dealer, and I was thoroughly impressed with the way they treated us—with respect and honesty. There was no high-pressure sales tactics; our salesperson took his time, and I felt a deep sense of trust throughout the process.
Just before we took possession of the car, a minor mechanical issue popped up. Without any hesitation, the dealership addressed the issue right away at no charge.
This dealership demonstrates a high level of integrity and honesty toward their customers. I highly recommend them for your future car purchases!

I wish I could give them a 0/5 stars. Terrible general managers who ripped me off for my refundable $500 deposit. They change their terms without informing you to get the most money out of you. I would avoid this place if you are considering purchasing a new or used vehicle. I made the mistake by looking for a dealership that offered a low deposit, but in reality, they have a low deposit because they need a reason for people to buy their vehicles. Terrible service, and again, I cannot state this enough: terrible general managers.

We just finished a transaction with St Charles Toyota. We had intended to buy a Sienna. Since it’s a very popular vehicle we were added to a waiting list. Throughout the process, Emma Weaver, sales associate, kept us informed and was responsive every step of the way. Ultimately we changed our plans and decided on a different non-Toyota vehicle but that did not diminish the service we received . Great work Emma

Had my vehicle serviced here.
At my work, I’m a manager of 8 professional technicians.
Working with my service tech, I believe his name is Tony, today was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, professional and quick.
As a manager in my profession, I would most definitely recommend this pro for a raise.
I’ll likely purchase my next Toyota here knowing the service for it will be top notch.

Brought my 2023 Sequoia with 12k miles. Toyota claims 19 city and 22 highway miles to the gallon. My truck is getting combined 12 miles per gallon. I asked the tech to check into it and they basically did nothing but give me excuses about how it’s not an exact science… but that is not even close! Something has to be up with this brand new truck! Will have to find another dealership to check it out.

Although I've purchased over $200,000 and several vehicles over the years at St. Charles Toyota, I'll never buy another vehicle from them, or have my car serviced here again. I've never been hung up on before in my life, but Larissa felt the need to hang up on me earlier this morning (6/28/24), so I'll be hanging up on St. Charles Toyota moving forward. Don't make YOUR computer problems the customer's inconvenience. If you can't properly do your job, then have your supervisor take over. Hanging up is NOT the solution. Customer Service 101.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Service department was ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE. Even spoke with the service manager and he walked away from me. He wouldn't let me talk with the technician who serviced my vehicle. I was told that one of my rims was bashed in, turns out there was not a scratch. Then told that the wheel was bent, later found not to be true. Will NEVER go back, urge you to drive the extra 40 minutes west to DeKalb.

I had a Check Engine light issue on my 2016 Rav4 Hybrid with160,000 miles, so I called the Service Dept. early and they got me in that day. They kept me informed as they said they would. A video of the work was available. That was another plus.
I thought the Prices were reasonable.
