Stay away from ***************** and his whole staff on any internet based sales. They sold me a classic/vintage car with the odometer reading rolled back. They advertised the car as having "original" "actual" miles. *** to mention, there's things not captured by pictures, like black mold not to mention numerous other mechanical issues that only become apparent once you assume ownership and repairs. also, Issaic and the whole sales staff will say anything to get you to buy a used car. To me, they said they'd replace bulbs and some other smaller items before they shipped the car knowing full well it would be too late for me to complain upon taking delivery of the car. Stay on email with them. Watch them squirm and refuse to do so.

Just purchased a car at St Charles Toyota. Love the no pressure atmosphere from the initial visit to the purchase. Very pleased! I highly recommend to anyone interested in purchasing an automobile. Our salesman Jake was fantastic and very patient . Purchasing a car in the current market is so different but St. Charles Toyota made the process go smoothly!

Emma has been absolutely amazing over the past several months. I moved to the area over the summer and was in the market for the gen 5 Prius. I have been to at least 5 other Toyota dealerships in Illinois and I would never recommend any of them. St Charles Toyota is a gem. St. Charles does NOT markup any of their vehicles, all packages are optional, Emma collected my documents and got me pre-approved for a loan before the Prius even came... I was in at the dealership for about an hour before driving away in my new car- that is how quick and painless my experience was. Other Toyota dealerships had me sit there for over an hour wasting my time just to discuss the possibility of putting a deposit down on a car (ex. said MSRP and I filled out paperwork and then when I was going to put my deposit down, there was suddenly a 3k markup with a required 3k package for more oil changes and windshield protection). Will not even go back to that dealership for service; there is no way someone who has worked at a dealership for 18 years does not know that they mark up their cars-so she was trying to get me excited and hope that I wanted the car bad enough to throw down another 5-6k. Another Toyota dealership stated that they did not markup their cars, so I asked if there was a required package and the women said yes-4k.. so they mark up their cars. Overall, St. Charles was the nicest, most honest, to the point dealership. I never felt like I was being scammed or forced to buy anything extra; they simply told me my options and I said yes or no and we all moved on. I will drive 30 miles to St. Charles for anything I need even though there are at least 4 Toyota dealerships that are closer to me. I cannot say enough good things about St. Charles and I am so thankful for Emma and all of her help; this dealership knows the CORRECT way to gain LIFE LONG customers.

This Toyota service department is awful. All I needed was a new light for my Toyota sienna's headlight. These service men opened up the hood of my van and messed with the vvt in the engine. DO NOT GO HERE. We were traveling through the area on a military move and these guys intentionally broke our minivan. I have never had to replace the vvt on my Toyota Camry and it's 14 years old. These guys are crooks!

They apparently only sell within a 20 mile radius of their stealership. Not sure how they can legally deny sale to someone based on their physical address, but I'll be looking in to this to verify the legality of such a discriminatory policy.

I wish I could give more stars. Jack sold us our Rav4 today and he made it SUPER easy. My wife and I were super pessimistic after getting bait-and-switched at Elgin Toyota and decided to give this place a try. Lucky us, they had the car we wanted on the lot. Jack, our sales agent, was SUPER chill and NEVER did any hard-sell tactics on us. He was honest with us every step along the way. Moreover, I usually dread going into the Finance Office, because that's where they usually start pouring it on with the add-ons, upgrades, and extended 25 year warrantees. Nope, we had the EXACT same experience with him as well. This dealership found a lifelong customer today.

100% Transparent is their motto. The actions of the dealership and their employees say something different. After weeks of constant communication (sales rep even contact me to confirm I was still interested in vehicle), they sold a vehicle from under me. I offered to put a deposit down too! When I called to find out why they did not honor their agreement, the manager told me it was because of where I lived. This is a called geographical discrimination. Obviously the Alf family does not practice what they preach! My written communications between their sales associate and myself prove this companys business ethics are questionable.

Be very careful if you are considering purchasing a new Sienna equipped with rear entertainment. If you do not have a digital rear view mirror, the TV blocks the ENTIRE rear view. The tv actually has a warning message that tells you not to use the TV if it blocks your view! St. Charles Toyota and Toyota Corporation does not not care at all. Side notes: don't expect the wireless charger to work. The front sensors also go out almost immediately when the snow begins to fall. I think it has something to do with the honeycomb grill and the snow accumulates super fast inside of it.

We are so happy with the service we received yesterday from St. Charles Toyota. They were fixing a debacle that Lombard Toyota made. Run do not walk to St. Charles Toyota. Our experience at St. Charles Toyota was exceptional. Kristin was wonderful and the program she uses to keep you updated on your service was so great. I talked to her several times as did my husband. Her simple explanation of policy and service was a plus. We will NEVER go back to Lombard Toyota. Today my husband went to Lombard Toyota to tell them what they did to our car. No apology at all. This and all the other reasons over the past 3 years, we will not go back to them even though they are closer to our home and my work.Thanks Kristin for your personal service, thanks to the service guys for their hard work, and thanks to the managers. We appreciate you all.

This dealership does not want new customers. Quite literally. I'm serious - The sales team has been instructed to refuse to sell a Toyota Prius to a new customer. You must have bought a car from them before AND service your vehicle there to buy a Toyota Prius from them. A well deserved one-star review for such an absurd decision. How ironic. I can't even post pictures of the place because the gatekeeping trolls stand at the front of the dealership doors preventing new customers from coming in to buy a car at a car dealership.

Everything is great so far, this Toyota dealership and the Naperville one are the only ones by me that sell Toyotas at MSRP and the Naperville one had longer wait lists. Jack was very helpful and the sales department wasn't pushy with warranties. I look forward to buying from them and getting my Rav 4 maintained there in the future.

Absolutely outstanding service. Jack is great, warm person with professionalism and big smile no matter how long will take you to understand and how many times he need to repeat. This skill is absolutely important in my opinion and he knows how to make sure you are happy and he makes you feel like you are his number one client. Same great experience with person who did our financing and handled paperwork. Great job, great service and great experience . Beautiful car and worth waiting for. Thanks.
