I recently dropped by Toyota St.Charles just to browse the used inventory, when Bob took notice of me looking through the lot. He was terrific and very welcoming. He gave me a run-down of what I was looking for, options, and didn’t pressure me into anything. I appreciate his transparency and willingness to help. He even took me for a test-drive in which we spent about half an hour or so going through all the safety features of the car. It was very informative, Efren helped close the transaction, and he was also exceptional. Needless to say, I’ve already informed my coworkers, and family looking to buy vehicles to the great team at Toyota in St.Charles! I highly recommend this place and will be coming back in the future!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went to buy a used car on Wednesday. For the past few years I have bought a vehicle I have bought from St. Charles Toyota. I never had a problem. I love St. Charles Toyota. Always top notch service. I wanted to buy a used car and I thought I would go the St. Charles Toyota used dealership. They had several cars I was interested in and I drove 6 cars all different types of vehicles. I decided I would buy the 2018 Ford Escape. I went in and told Jake I would like to drive the Escape one more time. He said, “You have drove 6 cars today. Are you gonna buy a car?” I said, “I was until now.” I walked out of the dealership. What kind of customer service is that? I am not gonna purchase a car that I don’t drive. Did he treat me that way because I was alone? I am horrified by his behavior and needless to say I won’t be purchasing a car from this dealership. That is terrible customer service. Horrified. I called the manager at St. Charles Toyota and I have yet to hear back from them.

The pre-owned center is fantastic. Every time I walk in, I am constantly greeted. The prices here are the best around. I have purchased three vehicles from here in the last 6 years. My complaints and issues are always solved by management. I would highly recommend coming to this location first.

If you are looking to sell your car save your time and go somewhere else. They didn’t even look at the vehicle before telling us they wouldn’t buy it due to the paperwork from the state of IL being a pain. Unfortunately, because they were too lazy to look they missed our 2019 Camry (title in hand) with less than 5,000 miles. Please do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with this dealership.

Bought a car here with Bob and he was by far the best sales rep I've dealt with. Got to test drive the car, and while test driving Bob answered all my questions and had more facts to add onto the drive. Painless experience!

I don’t think we have ever had such a great experience with buying a car like the one we had at St. Charles Toyota. My husband and I were in the market for about 5 months. Not only was Bob Pearson (Product Specialist/Salesman) patient with us, he went above and beyond by keeping us updated every other week on new allocations that the dealership was receiving. He even called to give us an update before and after his vacation! Bob was informative, kind, and honest. We ended up changing our minds on the vehicle we wanted, and he accommodated and helped us get the car that was perfect for our family. I would also like to thank Israel Leiva (Manager) and Darrick Wiseman (Finance Manager) for their kind attitudes, thorough explanations, and helpfulness. Buying a car is never an easy process; it’s actually pretty stressful (especially for a young couple like us!). This truly was a stellar experience. Thank you!

Very pleased with a recent experience here involving both a trade in and purchase of a used car. Service was excellent and staff were friendly and pleasant to be around. The vehicle was as advertised and fairly priced in my opinion. Overall a great experience and Tristan went above and beyond throughout the process. I would certainly recommend!

Toyota of St. Charles has dedicated team members to help you with your purchase. The staff here does not work on commission and their goals here are to get you into a fairly priced vehicle that suits your needs and tastes. Had no issues with the hassle, haggling, or any pushyness from your stereotypical car dealer. Highly recommend this location. I myself recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2019 Highlander Hybrid and we are 120% satisfied with the vehicle and the trade-in value given from our old vehicle. Big shout of to the team here. Keep up the good work!

I requested a day off to purchase a vehicle that you said you were holding for me. When I got to your location you said a customer bought the vehicle the day before. You could have at least texted me to let me know the vehicle was sold so I didn't have to waste gas, and both my roommates and my time.No, I'm not buying anything else off your lot on the fly. I'm not going to give you any more of my time. I'm going to go literally anywhere else, because if you can't figure out basic communication then you're bound to mess up something more crucial when I'm literally throwing money at your business.

Spoke to Darnell on Friday about coming to see a vehicle. He told me to come on Monday at 10am and that the car was reserved for us and would be waiting. We arrive exactly at 10am and are told by Darnell that another customer came in and is driving the car. That customer came back and I spoke to their salesman who informed me that they had the car reserved for them and were "in the system" and we were not. They did NOTHING to try to make it better.... Not even try to get me into a different car!

Probably the best experience I've ever had at purchasing a car. Our salesman was Jaysen Russell and he did everything he could to make us happy and he did. I strongly recommend him and this dealership.
