St. Charles Motor Cars has been so amazing with all my cars! We have bought a Ford Explorer, and 2 Mercedes SUV’s and they have been the most seemless deals we have ever done. From the sales to the financing, Justin has put the deal together and had it ready for us with no red tape! Thank you for all your support when buying a car! I went to buy a car today, the car had been hit in the past, which the seller did not mention, and had many defects despite the low mileage. I wanted to negotiate the price because the defects required repairs at a cost of couple thousands , to which the manager replied "then don't buy it", very unprofessional approach to the customer and lack of knowledge about cars. If I had no experience in cars, I would probably buy this car and after some time notice the hidden defects which generate horrible costs. Stay away from them

Great personel but the manager talk to much and his answer for small discount was - don’t buy it . ??? very very not proffesional . I’m coming with 20k cash but after one min talking with this guy I’m just going . and I didn't buy it ?. Never again to this dealership . Definitely Not recommended . I just lost my time .

Marcus was a jerk towards the end of the sale, after I had looked at the car and needed time to check out others he insisted that I not take time to look at others. Once he knew I was not going to buy that day he simply walked away, they also resell auction cars in poor condition, I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM. Buyer beware, especially with Marcus!

Im very impressed by this crew. I visited to check out the Challenger ive wanted since learning of the car preproduction. This car was better than expected, a Perfect 39+k mile Hemi 6 speed R/T example. The young salesman Ryan did a great job. We "armwrestled" briefly over the asking price and quickly agreed on the amount. I needed a week to get the full amount together so they held it inside for me. When i had a small delay the guys agreed to let me take the car home the day before my wedding anniversary so i could drive it on our special day. I drove the car for 11 days before i was able to make my final payment of several thousand. The financial rep Brad was instrumental in getting this arranged for me! Thank you gentlemen.

Wow… completely different people when you decide to think on a purchase.
Salesman was nice UNTIL i said I wanted to go home and sleep on it/think on it. Sales guy and manager both start berating me with questions and say how deciding now would make it so much easier. I fought them for a solid 30 minutes until they got it into their thick heads I wanted to think on it. (Made my mind up the second they started asking so many questions I wasn’t going to buy the car, if they treat a potential buyer like this, imagine how they treat someone after they bought a car.)
One of the questions from the manager was “why did you sell your old ford mustang?” I answered “Because I was dumb and didn’t think it through.” I then look over and see my salesman nodding his head towards the manager when I said I was dumb.
Happy I went and thought on it because the car was definitely not worth it for me. It shouldn’t be that hard to walk out of a dealership, and they definitely shouldn’t 2v1 attack a customer with questions. A V O I D

I inquired about a Toyota Venza that was available that had a great internet price. Dave Heeg followed up with me right away and we made an appointment. Very straightforward and transparent process made the purchase easy with no games. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase there again. And they have really amazing sports cars and such for sale, so the showroom is a gem and fun to stroll through while the docs are being readied.
