I recently purchased three Sprinters and a Metris for my business. If your looking for amazing customer service see the team at Mercedes Benz of St Charles.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comment. The dealership clearly had the responsibility of informing me verbally not just the coverage as they did, but the cancellation policy as well, rather than disclosing cancellation policy in fine/far print that can barely be read. Had Ive' been informed of this, I would never have purchased this rip off plan!

The Mercedes website recommended this dealership for Smart car repairs. I called the service department two days previous to a Saturday appointment to confirm that they could service my car, which the young lady affirmed they could. I drove all the way to St. Charles, 40 miles, only to find out they could not service my car. I wasted a whole day.

Our overall experience with the dealership was positive and very pleasant. We were totally impressed with Carol Bucaro and Taylor Rogers. Their dedication, support, willingness to go the extra mile was outstanding! Wow! Carol : ready to answer any question or concern, regardless of the time or day of the week. Taylor: A wealth of knowledge, strong commitment, dedication to his role and beyond! This review is not a 5 star because we were a bit disappointed with the business manager. His attitude, less then pleasant, not appropriate for this type of interaction, somewhat condescending, and very limited in giving the clarification and support, that should be a MUST, in a customer service environment such as this.

Any time I’ve ever called to check a part or follow-up I get sent to someone’s voicemail. They don’t even TRY to put you on hold or actually find the answer for you.

My experience wasn't horrible at all, I've just recently purchased a new Mercedes-Benz & I am enjoying it so far. The car buying process was really easy & convenient for me, the salesman Greg Gentile was great! He made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The only concern I had was the way my vehicle was received to me, since I purchased a retired service loaner Mercedes-Benz, it wasn't all the way clean. I didn't receive a car wash prior to picking up my car and my car was never detailed either prior to pick up. That right there was very upsetting to me, because I'm spending all of this money & with COVID-19 to receive a used napkin in my glasses compartment. Overall, I would recommend this dealership as the sales team will work with you to get you the car you want for the best deal possible.

Outstanding! I HIGHLY recommend without reservation. Wish I had found this dealership sooner. I switched to this dealership for service -- Mercedes Benz of St. Charles dealership went above and beyond to service my vehicle quickly and for thousands less than my other Mercedes dealership -- turns out the laundry list of work recommended by the first Mercedes place was unnecessary... Saved me a bundle with their honesty- gave me a loaner at short notice.

I went into the dealer just to look at Sprinters. The salespersons for the Sprinters were not there, but Carol helped me out and was really interested in what I wanted and showed me everything I needed. I will come back again!!

I am absolutely done with MB of St. Charles. I brought my 5-year-old 2015 Airstream Interstate Sprinter in because my motor blew. I was out of warranty in March of this year, a five-year-old motor blew up in August - five months out of warranty. 1. They were no help whatsoever working with MB corporate to get my motor replaced under warranty. I have been replacing my oil at MB St Charles for the past three years because they use the correct oil. This is questionable as well if they use the right oil. 2. After I paid $16,500 to have the Sprinter motor replaced, they did not fix the drip in my windshield wiper fluid as I had a request 3. The kicker - they had my sprinter for 6 weeks. When we picked it up yesterday, they said oh by the way.... We did not do this, but your macerator pump is hanging, we tied it up. They could have called us to tell us this happened. We would have had someone go out there and fix it since they could not fix it. Instead, we are stranded once again with a macerator pump hanging which is a health and safety hazard if black water drips release. The tie-up job was inadequate. No wonder the top sprinter mechanic took a job at Domino's Pizza. If they treat their customers like that, I can't imagine the way they treat their employees. I just paid $16,500 - make a phone call! It would have saved us a huge headache on top of a headache!

Appalling experience of car buying from this folks, despite being in a COVID-19 situation. The cold, nonchalant responses from my Sales Associate, made me feel as if I was being done a favor by getting their time and buying a vehicle from them. - My Sales associate never proactively called, throughout the purchase process, to make things easier for me as their customer, to follow up on delivery efforts as I was in WI- Despite requesting my Sales Associate several times, to ensure they put on the Front License Plate housing, prior to vehicle pickup (Which they acknowledged), it didn't happen. Now I need to figure out a way to o this myself.- The Sales Associate didn't bother informing his schedule to me despite us discussing plans on vehicle pickup etc. This lead me to make multiple phone calls to the dealership, asking someone - anyone to help coordinate the Pickup. What would have been professional is to have someone work with me in his absence to ensure the "Customer" doesn't get impacted.- An email to the Customer Relationship Manager and General Manager, never received any response.- No one promptly answered my questions and concerns towards making sure the pending payment for my previous vehicle company, gets sent out in time.- The car eventually came back with far more Hair Line scratches than it had when I last saw it at the Dealership.- The Driver Side Door was filled with Grime and Dirt (See Picture - Ill paste more soon) from whichever unprofessional individual cleaned my car prior. And this was conveniently Overlooked during their so called Inspection Process.- The seat belts are dirty and the interior of the front storage space had dirt inside. I'm starting to question the whole interior cleaning/detailing process. Not once throughout this whole traumatic experience, did the Dealership try to make my experience a little better. The excuse of COVID-19 cannot hide the shoddiness in customer service rendered to me and rest assured, this will be the last time I step foot into this location. My personal and professional network will be sure to keep their business away from these individuals.Update as of May 26th : The General Sales Manager has been aiding in getting some of my issues and concerns fixed. Although there hasn't been a single "Genuine" apology from the Dealership, without Excuses or Defenses in tow, I still give credit where its due and thus thank Graham for taking the onus and helping out with my issues and hopefully I can be in a better place soon.

Very very disappointed, overcharge on parts , labor time over twice more than other dealerships around area. 1.One of brake calipers failed on my gle 63, dealer prep quote for 3180.00 , that include one calliper and 4 hrs of labor ... Caliper cost a with fluid , amg , brembo, labor : 4 x 180hr , this dealer rate , with total of 1576.00 , when I asked where another 1604.00 is going... no answer .... 2. Roll control valve block failed... cost In parts 256.00 , labor 2 hrs .... st charles dealers quote 1846.00 , no answer also. So be very very careful before You start any business with them , just drive around and get other quotes like I did. You can save thousands on simple repairs going to different MB dealer.

Best car buying and service experience I've ever had at a dealership! Purchased a used Benz. Fair, informative, and treated me the same as if I were buying their top of the line vehicle! Love my car and will return to this dealership when I'm ready to upgrade.

Review for service department. Brought an electric smart car in for regular service after having an awful experience at Loeber Motors in Chicago. Worth the extra drive. Guys here immediately gave off a more professional and courteous tone, which was especially welcoming since the smart car isn't a typical "Mercedes". Service wasn't cheap, but it was fast and comprehensive, and Bill was upfront about pricing and other miscellaneous details. The loaner vehicle they gave was a nice touch, but I do wish they had electric vehicles to loan out--$16 in gas for traveling under 100 miles to and from the dealership is just silly, when that same distance on an electric car would cost well under $1 charging at home. Of course...it doesn't help that Mercedes still doesn't have any long-range EVs out. So it's not this dealership's fault.

I forgot the manager's name for service but he is an angel! Im not even from St. Charles im from Chicago but I bought my car from there and it needed a few things after I purchased it (just an update). I don't trust Mercedes benz of Chicago so I will be continuing to drive an hour whenever my car needs servicing because the manager there is just so awesome and respectful. God bless him and thank you for taking care of my vehicle with no complications.
