Website shows donation accepted for posted store hours. Loaded up vehicle, drove across town and the drive-up donation center was blocked and closed with several signs kinda threatening you about “Dumping is Illegal.” I tried calling the store. Only number listed is an 800 number which throws you into continuous loop of “scheduling a pick-up.” I prefer Goodwill anyway, just this place was closed. Saved your efforts and avoid Salvation Army. 0 stars.

Wack prices for older used clothes! Pricers are out of touch for this being a nonprofit business.

It’s the 2nd time that I was yelled at when dropping off a donation. You might want to train your staff to be polite to donors. There was no reason for him to bark at me. I will probably stick to Goodwill. Always polite and thank me.

Priced very expensive. Dirty and smelled like something is burning. VERY long lines to check out. We ended up putting back our items because we didn’t want to wait 20 minutes in line. When dropping off donations, the man acted like we were a bother. He didn’t even da anything just grunted at me when I tried to hand him donations.

This store has a large array of clothing which is great for men and women, and the pricing is very good. The manager Jackie is nice, approachable, and down to earth. They also have furniture.

The store is good and with a variety of products. Some employers are nice, but a blond woman can be very rude to the customers. Also, even though they have furniture, it can be very difficult to purchase from them as nobody will help you to load your car and if you come later to pick a piece of furniture you purchased... it can be a nightmare to find someone willing to help.

Went here for the first time today and a blond skinny lady who spoke Spanish kept being rude to my husband even though he had already told her no.. She kept accusing him of moving clothes around and not buying until I told her off. If she is worried of fixing clothes why is she working here. Very rude and unpleasant experience.

I will never support Salvation army as a business. They claim to be lgbtq friendly as an organization, but they have turned away many lgbtq folks who need shelter at their shelters. I know this has nothing to do with the thrift store, but they are in fact apart of the organization. Needless to say I will never support a cruel organization.

Please DOUBLE CHECK your Receipts and please DOUBLE CHECK your Items to make sure that everything you bought is in the bag (the bag that cashiers put your things in)!1. Couple of months ago I came home with items missing in my bag, luckily when I went back they were able to find them and give them back to me! :)2. Today I was overcharged and only noticed it when I got home. Don’t know if it happened on accident or not, but not a good feeling… I bought a tv stand, it was marked $85.99 tan tag, which is 50% off today. But on the receipt it said flat $44.99… 44.99 is not 50% off of 85.99!.. and also the shoes I bought had a 7.94 green tag, but receipt says 11.94!!!3. I must also mention all the FURNITURE you buy here now must be taken from the store by yourself, off the floor to your vehicle. (Other SA stores that I go to always assist with bringing the furniture outside to your car).I am giving 4 stars still, because most people who work here are very nice! Selection in the store is decent, organized, prices could be better, but I mostly buy 50% off items anyway, so it’s not that bad.
