I am rating 3 stars because this is the second time we came to donate and the lane was closed by 5 PM when posted hours are until 7 PM. We like to shop here and have had decent experiences. Things have had things rung up wrong (color ticket percent off is ignored), or missing when we get home.

Quality Salvation Army thrift store. Very organized, helpful staff, great book selection, lots of clothing to see. I'd return again!
