I had to buy a new car after my car was totaled in an accident. I am so glad I went to Prestige Imports. Great service, and the car I got is in fantastic condition. I have had two private mechanics tell me I can expect to have this car in good working condition for years to come. Super happy with my purchase and with the service I received at Prestige.

I looked at a used car and asked them if they would drop 500 from the price as I would not drive out to St Charles if it was not negotiable. Daniel confirmed that they would drop 500 from the price. Other 13 places I called stated that they have a one price policy I.e. they don't negotiate. I asked them to let me have the car inspected by a mechanic and they did. I came back a second time and made the purchase. Happy with Daniel straight forward process. Second visit took 30 minutes to process my application. My last car at grossingers Lincolnwood took 4 hours.

I traded in my CR-Z to upgrade to a CT200h and Joey helped me out! He was so nice and helpful and did his very best to help me out. I definitely recommend this place! Prices are great and they will do their best to accommodate! Happy car hunting!

Great used car dealership! I bought my last 3 cars from PI. Ask for Anthony, he always takes great care of us. Best prices around! I highly recommend checking out all the inventory online, the pricing on the lot is the same on the lot! Plus they aren't pushy sales guys!

My first impressions of this dealership were very positive and I would give Anthony 5 stars based on salesmanship, being courteous and quickly finishing my transaction. Following the sale is a different story. There were issues with the car that the owner begrudgingly accepted and eventually reimbursed, and for that I would give them 1 star. It's how you're treated after the sale that makes a good or bad dealership.

This dealer has some great prices, but that is truly due to the cars needing maintenance done. I purchased a car last October, a 2017 model at that. It's previous use was as a rental. I went back a few times to drive it and test it out. The second time i went to look at the car, it had a lot of rips and tears on the back seat which they were able to fix to the best of their ability so that did not stop me from buying the car. Within literally the first two hours of driving the car, the check engine light came on. I was obviously concerned and called them right away, for them to tell me "oh it is probably the gas cap" since i was given the car with literally almost an empty tank. Fast forward to the two days later, it is still on and i finally took it to Autozone since the dealership was about an hour away. They weren't even able to tell me the problem because the code was not in their system (meaning it wasn't just a gas cap). So I of course call the dealership again, they explained since my car was a 2017 i can still take it directly to Nissan for a warranty issue I may have. So I do, they inform me that there is a valve that was COMPLETELY broken and i would not be covered, however since it was only the third day I had my car, I should be able to take it back to Prestige. It was overall a disappointing experience, I called them only to be told that they have "no proof it was purchased that way" aka calling me a liar three days after I purchased my car from him. I ended up having to shell out another $800 to get it fixed. The prices might be great here, but that is truly because they have underlying issues that many people have seemed to have run into. After getting the valve and my back windshield wiper replaced (cause the motor was quite literally in pieces), I would definitely recommended going elsewhere unless you're a mechanic yourself and can inspect any and every little thing yourself.

Prestige is a great place to purchase a decent used vehicle. Last Year I purchased my daughters first vehicle from them and the experience was excellent. Zak and the team went above any beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with our purchase. We just purchased our second vehicle from Prestige and again they have done an amazing job. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. If your looking for a great vehicle that's fairly priced, Prestige is the place. Anthony H.

This car dealership sold us a car with a broken emergency brake, crooked wheel, and broken axel. When it was brought back for an inspection the following day (after purchase), they informed us they would fix all of the above. We came in for our appointment a few days later and told us they were only going to fix the axel and they never "wrote down" that they would do the rest so they accused us of the other damages. Said our story "didn't line up" with what the initial employee was saying. Very shady business practices.
