PNC is very lucky to have Doris & Bhavina working for them. They are great to work with and it’s nice to see for once that they care about a customer and remember them. They saved me as a customer and from making a huge mistake by almost moving my account over to Byline bank down the street. (Byline bank has horrible customer service and like to hold your money for 9 business days) Right when it cleared came back to see Doris and Bhavina and brought all my money back to them. Also they were able to gain my trust and loyalty.Thank you Dorris & Bhavina you are what makes PNC my bank of choice.

I wanted to praise Greg Leach from the St Charles location. After running into road blocks from other PNC branches it was refreshing to have someone who truly was helpful and cared about assisting customers through confusing paperwork. Greg took the time to explain and demonstrate knowledge of the process from experience. He did not just give you generic answers and admitted what he did not know. It was refreshing to see people still wanted to help. Great job!

This branch is Horrible! They say they will honor the promotions/ bonus if you meet certain conditions with their account, I did all that they required, and they would not give me the credit. I have been in multiple times in person and spoken with every member of the branch on the phone, each time they say they will get back to me about this, and none of them have. Avoid this branch

I absolutely hate this location. If you go through the drive through, expect to wait 10-20 min before you get service. The lanes are EXTREMELY narrow and tricky to navigate if you drive a larger vehicles. The staff are slow to do the most basic of tasks, fake friendly, and take their dear sweet time. Avoid.

Chamaine D'Auria has totally dropped the ball on a closing. The property was supposed to close today and she finally asked for the necessary disclosures which means we are at least 3 days from being able to close. I would not recommend this woman or this bank EVER. PNC really should just stick to their free checking program and let the professionals handle their lending.

Always friendly service. If you need to wait to speak to a manager or personal banker, or to access your Safe Deposit Box, there's a Keurig where you can get yourself a coffee or tea and some comfy but professional arm chairs to park yourself in for a short bit while they finish with their current customer.

This branch is awful! They say they will give you a bonus if you meet certain conditions with their account, I did all that they required, and they would not give me the credit. I only use drive thru services at this.bank. The tellers are always very nice and efficient. I never have to wait long for completion of my transactions and there has never been a wait to get to the teller.
